No, the PCX files are, I think, saves for the Rayman Designer game, but the whole matter has never really bothered me that much, so... sorry - you won't get much info from me.

PCX files are image files, used by Rayman Designer for storing all of a world's environmental graphics (blocks).

Raymandesigner is a retarded Korean user (known as Jang-hee-won on Betilla's Gardens) who never bothers to use a translator, has no concept of where to post, thrives off of re-uploading others' work (and is usually very late to do so), and once very seldom actually uploads some of their own medium-quality PCX modifications.

I was one of the people who founded the whole thing about modding Rayman Designer, so I can safely say that this person is a disappointment to life as we know it.
