Ah I see. So that's how you get those warp speed reflexes! The best part was when you moved into a wall in Bongo Hills and were launched at 100mph all the way to the exit sign :D

With Rayman Advance being my most-played version of the game right along side the PC version, I've explored all its quirks and bugs. I always found it funny that if there's something above your head while crawling, you can jump, and you'll stand up with your head sticking through the ceiling. You can't move until you duck again, but it was always really useful for taking out those antitoons that walked through those tight crawlspaces.

Also there is more harder glitch than i exploited in the Swamps of Forgetfulness on top of page that i have done myself.
First, superjump with the green thing in SOF-1: Plant the grain, at an exact frame time jump, then helicopter, then some frames later jump.
Or in RA only, there is frame rule on ennemies. The game only check damage each 4 frames. Which mean if you can pass an ennemy in 4 frames, you can pass it without getting damage

It looks as if you meant you're able to take out the Antitoons that are on the platform your head is sticking through. Since Ray shoots with his fists, the only way I could imagine him damaging things with only his head was by eating them whole.

I do not recommend trying that on the Pirates, Rayman.

Out of curiosity, are these quirks solely on the GBA version, or are they too, from the original version?

Here's a question. Does the following link work for you?

http://www.kmgassociates.com/rayman/index.html

When I was googling for Rayman 1 stuff, I found that site but I can't access it.

Now try this link.

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/s ... index.html

Google had no problem visiting and caching the site... is it just my PC that's acting up or does that first link really not work for any ordinary human being?

Ah, yes, that site.
When I first got on t'internet, I kindof browsed about Rayman fansites, such as the Wanted Rayman! site, if I recall the KMG Associates website had some tips and tricks and the like.
Either way, I too, seem to be having trouble accessing the website.
It seems the website is indeed up: http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ ... index.html
Odd.

Not working for me. But cheating is not allowed in TAS.
