I also don't think it is worth paying that much just to have an alternative shiny box and the prima guide itself. I'm already happy with my original edition UK Rayman 2 for PC.

Call me cheap, but if that R2 CE went down to, say, 10 euros, I'd actually consider it. The shipping is ridiculous, but I would be willing to pay 20 euros total for it. But that's me being generous.

Don't worry, Eshap, I would give around the same price too. It isn't quite a collector's edition at all if we compare with what the R3 one offers, plus the Rayman Origins one.

One of the main reasons I want the R2 CE is because OOOO PRETTY BOX

I honestly think that the holographic cover makes the artwork preetier. :mryellow:
I think I got this holographic version in my house if I remember well now I'm thinking about this.

EDIT : About R2TGE Collector's Edition, srsly 40 € for it? It's quite expensive to my mind. I'm sure I can find it for around 20 € if I search well here in France.

That would be cool to see.

To be honest the games I'm wanting more to find are the R1 era main games with their original boxes. I want the european edition of R1 but the remaining ones, I don't mind if they are in French.

Congratulations on your first figure! :D That figure is probably my favourite in the Mcdonalds toy line- and if you got it in such good condition, you're extremely lucky...Most figures have the hair badly damaged (like mine, sob sob).

To be honest my favourites are the Rayman sitting on the plum and the Henchman 800. I find those the coolest.

Which brings me to this question: Why is the CAGE the rarest of all of them? Is it just because it's bulky and big?

Maybe the cage is so rare because it's not that interesting and it does not have that much eye-candy. If I were kid and at the McDonalds, I would definitely pick the Henchman 800, because i think it is the coolest one. :)

EDIT:

I found this one:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Figurine-figu ... 2329e4dcf7
But I think im not going to buy it because it looks it's not in the best condition.

A copy of Volume 1 and 3 of English and Maths with Rayman has appeared on eBay. An interesting buy, perhaps?: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/English-and-M ... 1e79a9d525

Also, here's a surprisingly cheap deal for the Rayman Origins CE: http://www.ebay.fr/itm/jeu-ps3-rayman-o ... 500wt_1862

Aaand Rayman on a plum: http://www.ebay.fr/itm/rayman-ray-man-f ... 581wt_1397
