Nintendo Land is amazing, I play it a lot. Sadly I happen to have one of those friends that only plays a game if its in Steam. :tssk:

Game & Wario is supposed to be similar to it. Not sure about that one yet. The short clips they showed when first announced looked good.

I think nintendo should surprise people by putting another M rated game with so many offensive things, sorta like Conker's Bad Fur Day.

Well, Rare was responsible for Conker, it just happened to be exclusive to the N64, possibly since Rare were accustomed to it.
For games that appeal to older gamers, I think Ninty should stick with Metroid, and try not to ruin it.

They need more people like Rare working for them. Good-Feel (Creators of Wario Land: The Shake Dimension, Kirby's Epic Yarn, and the upcoming Yarn Yoshi) are probably the best ones they currently got. I love whatever the Nintendo team brings out with Mario and Zelda etc, but one thing Rare really showed was really trying to do something new. As for Metroid, I agree, but it only receives another game every couple of years.

Anyway, mostly excited for the next Mario Kart. I really hope they try on this one.

bump.

Even though I don't own a 3DS, I'm really interested if any one has Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon yet. I've heard really good reviews about the game and want to know what you guys heard of the game.

I think the 3DS has got a good number of AAA titles so, why not trying to grab one?

I would like to play the sequel of Luigi's Mansion, but I'm broken.

I can't really speak generally, since I was a fan of the first one, but I find the second one to be amazing. I might be biased because I started the game knowing I would like it, I guess I can say I wasn't disappointed at least. It's mostly fun for people who appreciate detail and like snooping around places and interacting with everything, the action is fairly decent and the puzzles can get quite brain teasing at times, collecting money is fun too.

I will once I get enough money, just wanted to see if anyone had the game and hear what they think of it.

Well I love the original one (hell, it's my favorite GC title) so yeah I'm sure to enjoy the sequel as well.

Is anyone in here interested in StarFox Adventures for GameCube? I'm urgently looking for a buyer. PAL version, includes manual. I only accept PayPal for the payment and I can send the game to Europe or overseas.

Hmmm, cant decide what to buy out of Luigi's mansion: Dark moon, Monster Hunter 3 and Fire Emblem: Awakening. Luigi's Mansion seems to be getting alot of praise here which is cool but has anyone played the latter?

I haven't played the other two titles but from what I've seen I figure they're great. I can confirm that Dark Moon is fantastic. It kind of has the feel of one of those old point-and-click games.

I played the first one on Gamecube a while back, I remember it being very rewarding and full of atmosphere. Since I have a couple of time consuming games to beat on my 3DS (Tales of the Abyss, Ocarina of Time), I think im gonna go with luigis mansion, as I assume fire Emblem and Monster Hunter will both require alot of time and effort put into them and I aint got no time for that at the minute!! The 2 games im looking forward to most for 3DS is Pokemon Y and Bravery default: Flying fairy though :)

http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2013/0 ... i_channels

Apparently most of Wii Channels are going to officially die day 28th June.

Well, I can say I did use a lot the Forecast Channel and the Everybody Votes channel, the first one was particularly useful for me back in 2006/2007/2008. I admit I wasn't touching the others a lot.

I will miss though the days that I awake with my Wii disc slot flashing with that light blue colour, meaning it received a message in the Wii Message Board. It was pretty exciting.

http://uk.ign.com/articles/2013/04/17/b ... -us-and-eu YES! One of my most hyped games, its style is reminiscent to the Final Fantasy remakes for DS, which were amazing.

Interesting choice to make a sequel, not that I'm complaining. My only issue is that from just the teaser I can tell the controls aren't too stable. Now that I think about it, I've never even beaten the first game.

It looks like I did miss a great Nintendo Direct, while I thought nothing big would be shown.

Damn, Yoshi's Island 3DS! The GBA one was one of the best 2D side-scrolling platformers I've ever played!
