You're right though - winds up there must have been insane? Maybe the engines went haywire? It's a very strange piece of footage altogether. The thing that maybe surprises < most is the driver's silence. Not a word. You can hear a phone being active (because of the classic uh-duh-DUH-uh-duh-DUH sound the speakers make), so maybe they're calling in for help right then, but not a word of surprise or shock or terror.

< just read the video title. Thank god it was only a cargo ship going down and not a passenger vessle. I mean, it's still terrible for any crew aboard, but think of the many others this could have happened to, were it a commercial airline.
