I don't really like that game... at all. I mean, it's good, but it's the type of game that doesn't give me fun... and puts me under pressure instead.JamesDNaux wrote:Majora's Mask.

You do know you don't actually have to beat the game in the allotted time right? You can reset to the first day at any time once you have the ocarina.sergiomonty wrote:I don't really like that game... at all. In other news, Banjo-Tooie came in today, playing it right now! I finally have my favorite game again, just waiting for the first one now.

Today I bought... Sly Cooper Thieves in Time for the Playstation Vita.
Enjoying the game quite much so far, but had to take a bit of a break, I'm on the first world, but I can easily say not as great as Sly 1 and 2 so far.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Have to agree there(Even though I even bother to get the whole enchilada in Majora's Mask anyways. I'm the type of person to go the extra mile when it comes to games.). It's like like it's an absolute order that you have to get every single mask or all the fairies or heart containers or quivers or bomb bags or the fairy sword or the wallets or other stuff like that. HUFF It's obviously completely optional to go for every single thing in the game. That's just there to keep you busy gaming.JamesDNaux wrote:You do know you don't actually have to beat the game in the allotted time right? And for Banjo Tooie, congrats on getting it! I'm telling ya, it's definitely worth buying. A true masterpiece if I say so myself. (DANGIT. I need to play it now. XD) ANd the first one is amazing too. They're both pretty good if I say so myself.
Okay. Now for my ridiculous gaming report.
Stopped with Xenoblade Chronicles for the day. "Riki's Sneaky! Rolling Polly, keep on rolling~!" MEH. Guess that gives away my favorite party member. Riki is just too good. XD
Then I gave a go with some Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift. Just got my favorite main character on my team. coughcoughfrigginhurdycough
Finally, to top off my day of gaming, I put in some more time on my 7th file of Donkey Kong 64 (I seriously played through the whole game getting full 101%'s on Donkey Kong 64 like 6 times now. See? I TOLD YOU I'm the type of person to go for every single thing in tough video games. Especially DK64. I freaking love that game. Obsessed much? XP) Just stopped the whole Blast-O-Matic, got my eighth key, freed good ol K lumsy, turned in ALL the banana fairies, and got all 201 golden bananas. (And all the other ridiculous crud I have to collect in every single level. That's right. ALL OF IT. Both arcade coins, all crowns, all 500 bananas in each level, ect.) Next time I play that game, it's time to kick K Rool's sorry tail.
So, that's MY ridiculous report I am giving. See ya. *Slides out of room*

Just recently finished Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, contemporary gameplay mixed with an over the top 80s retro aesthetic, with lots of humor and a great soundtrack to boot. The best "DLC" ive played since Infamous: festival of blood. Playing DarkSiders 2 now, its cool so far.

Word, I literally just finished it an hour or so ago after a marathon for the past two days. I'd recommend it too.Bzzit wrote:Just recently finished Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, contemporary gameplay mixed with an over the top 80s retro aesthetic, with lots of humor and a great soundtrack to boot. It's just too ridiculous. And amazing. And ridiculous.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I tried Tomb Raider that i bought of on the steam sale that just was in the weekend, it's a good game as far as I have played, great voice acting and scenery, I can't tell much on the story, as I haven't got far yet.
Also bought some Star Wars game from the same weekend sale. These are Star Wars: Republic Commando, Star Wars: Battlefront 2 and Star Wars: Empire at War (one of my favorite strategy games of all time.)

A game I've been dying to play but missed out on as a kid: Ty The Tasmanian Tiger, goes for cheap on ebay so I may purchase the whole trilogy.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I know exactly what I'm talking about, I beat Majora's Mask, I know I can use the Ocarina. However, some events just take place at certain moments in certain places, and I must be running from here to there, and it's not even intuitive, sometimes it's a guessing game, and that puts me under pressure, especially when I get stuck and I have to go back to the first day and lose everything I got.... that's the problem that I find with the game.JamesDNaux wrote:You do know you don't actually have to beat the game in the allotted time right? Currently playing Don't Starve and the Risk of Rain Beta.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
My favourite 3D Zelda is still Wind Waker, but Link to the Past still remains at the top for me. Not so sure about the sequel though.

Link to The past I still have not fully finished yet, though I own it for Snes, I constantly hear it is the best 2d Zelda game.

I love its Burtonesque style. The gameplay itself is enjoyable too.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I think I''ll just quit HeartGold. All that's left to do is train endlessly to defeat the better Elite Four & Red. I've completely stopped playing Dark Moon so I'll get back to that game.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Took a bit of a break from the challenge app, and played some Tekken Tag Tournament 2, I'm really loving it so far, the beautifully 3d animated cutscene prologues to every character makes the game replay value high for me, and it's good practice. I also played the Resident Evil Revealations demo on wii-U, I loved it!
Re: What games are you currently playing?
I've been playing lots of titles with Clara, but in terms of single-player gaming, I've been playing the following ones: Pokémon Silver (after a long wait I finally managed to replace the dead battery and play it again), Rayman Legends Challenges App, Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party [DS] (bought it recently for 5€), Rayman DSi (bought it two days ago), Rayman Jungle Run (bought it a few days ago), HarmoKnight (gift from Clara's mother) and Luigi's Mansion 2 (Gift from Clara).
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Started playing Slender: The Arrival.
