Minions reminded me of Rabbids too. It's not a character that I can't stand, but there's only so much you can do with the concept before it turns into just repeating the same things in different situations. When done right it's amusing, but simply putting a rabbid in a silly costume and saying "BWAAH" for the millionth time isn't.

Mind you, the Rabbids seem to be past their prime now, don't know how it is in other areas, but they're certainly not the big 'uns they were back during the RRR era.
Though I hear the merchandise is pretty good.

Which reminds me...

Some Rabbids times I got in the past 6-7 months. The clown Mini Eeerz I got at Eurogamer, the rest I got for Christmas, then the 3 Rabbids in animal costumes and the diecast figures I got at MCM expo the other week. My entire collection could use an update...

The quality of Rabbids merchandising is mostly pretty good and they're sculpted quite nicely. Though, I am surprised they're still churning out as much as they are, despite their popularity declining. It's a huge shame Rayman never received anything close to this treatment.
One gripe: I have those vinyl Rabbids and some of them have turned yellow- aaargh resale value in the pits.

(Also, that Japan-themed Rabbid looks nice.)

I honestly recommend the Raving Rabbids comic books that are being released in France, I had a good laugh with both the two volumes released so far.

... hey... I got an idea.... what if we put a Rabbid as one of the avatars for the list of ranks?

But like, one of those really humiliating ranks, like Begoniax's toilet or Hardrox

I think the Rabbids merchandise is pretty good, sometimes a bit scary though. I have few of the figures, and two plushies.

Nah, as disliked as the Rabbids are by some here, I don't think they have the notoriety to be a humili-rank.
Actually, given the connection they have to the franchise, perhaps it could be a special rank, some may like that.

If Rabbids make their appearance in RL, I'll move earth and sea just to see them as part of the rank system.

And others will annihilate entire galaxies to prevent that from being so, though I'd hope most of us are over it, there are still those who hate the Rabbids with a passion.

I actually never understood why are Rabbids still so much hated. I always found them hilarious and some mini games were really fun in multiplayer. Thats just my opinion. I bet if Rabbids games were from start without Rayman, less people would dislike Rabbids today.

They're not really hated, they're just pretty annoying.

Not really that annoying to me. It's just an another franchise that pops up sometimes, but that's pretty much it. Not like they're jumping on my face.

I find their screaming funny as hell :fou2:
Well, I guess it depends on what kind of humor person prefers.

It's because the games suck so much. RRR was decent, RRR2 is too for most (Personally I dislike it), and from there it's an absolute mess of mediocre games. Travel in Time is horrible, 3D is rushed, TV Party is a cash-in. It's not looking like it'll go uphill from here.

I played RRR and RRR2 (PC Version) and both were ok in my opinion. I never played TV Party and Travel in Time so I don't know about those, and 3D looked fun on trailer in my opinion. Rabbids go Home is clearly best in Rabbids series at least for me but music was a bit weird in the game for my taste.

Rabbids Go Home was okay, pretty fun although repetitive. I didn't like the music, but that's strictly because it just wasn't my type. It was of good quality and shit; so I'd say the music was good but I didn't like it.
