Hm. I remember this rulebook from somewhere and I think I liked the topic - can you link me to it?

Also, I hereby state the opening of my petition to bar Rule #6459B from the RPC Official Guidelines and Regulations and replace it with something more truthful. I also open the petition to change the definition of evil to mean character with a light and terrifically kind-hearted nature, albeit less apparent to some.

This way, the title Evil Overlord of Doom and Destruction carries a far less dark-sided attitude to the people it hits.
