You seriously think that they bother to do 90+ level paintings with name tags on and then above all translate them to other languages? Of course that's possible but I doubt.

The first level is called Once Upon a Time and that's a fact. It's actually quite nice name for the first level, very nice actually.
It's true that they can still change things, but the first world painting will most likely say Teensies in Trouble also in the final product (unless they decide to change that) like the second one says Toad Story, the fourth 20,000 Lums Under the Sea and so on.
The reason why the musical levels etc. have labels on is that they can stand out because they are special. Note that the potrait paintings have also a small animation and a sound effect.
Don't complain just for the sake of complaining.
