It's not really that bad actually, since < does it out of habit all the time (or the lack of a habit for not doing it), it just feels like <'s throat has suddenly gotten really dry.

< Tends to drink traditional British Tea, with milk and sugar, though in this weather, < tends to drink normal water, though < does sometimes have a few fizzy drinks, but not to an excessive extent.
