Not entirely, don't forget that '<' is also spoken in third-person, sort of like:

< disagrees. There are no images to ranomise; < either has this one, or the one with the image < rotates around manually, because < makes it a clickable link, and the other buttons with links + <'s hand-written 'Shrooblord'.
