Re: The Emulation Thread
Raymanni should make iso of his Japanese Saturn copy. Of course only if he wants to but It would be appriciated.

Re: The Emulation Thread
Since the ISO/APE sheet worked fine here Raymanni should create like that.

Re: The Emulation Thread
Raymanni, you should upload it on mega. Basic users have 50gb free
Re: The Emulation Thread
OCG, you are the man! I tried to use this emulator for my Japanese Rayman 1 for SS, and it works without problems!
Now I can finally play it.
Re: The Emulation Thread
I am glad it did work
Can you make account on Mega and share iso? I am sure many would like that.

Re: The Emulation Thread
All right, please do document any differences you find if it turns out to be the case, I'm sure the RayWiki would benefit from knowing of such differences.

Out of curiosity,is Rayman's shirt blue?Raymanni wrote:Yes, I will, but first Im going to play it, and see if there is any differences.OldClassicGamer wrote:I am glad it did work

Re: The Emulation Thread
Yeah I played that ad well and just can confirm OCG's statement. Although I didn't notice any changes to the characters. But hmm.. the picture city the one background had been replaced. Almost everything has a different sound effect or was removed. In band land bongo hills the last map the track has been replaced with Mr. Dark Bossfight track. Also on some maps little changes are applied. Oh yes and on some maps the music track had been changed to other tracks.OldClassicGamer wrote:his shirt is not blue in Japanese PS1 version
Hmm.. what else is different? hmmmm... Oh yes important one that annoyed me: When Rayman runs over edges he just stop running. What else is different?.... hmmmm.. Idk?
Re: The Emulation Thread
Rayman's shirt is not purple. I only played the first level so far, and noticed that when Rayman crawls up of a slope, his sprite turns up or down, depends where you are going.
Re: The Emulation Thread
Not purple??? Share this ISO please.
Also, I got Croc 1 American and Japanese working on Saturn Emulator and I think someone will be happy to hear that.

Re: The Emulation Thread
I'm sure they'll be elated.
Anyways, the Saturn version in general has differences, such as differing backgrounds, we've already seen those, I'm more interested in seeing what, if any, differences the JP Saturn version has.

Re: The Emulation Thread
I intended something else:
Haruka said that she knows that it's possible and OCG said again that he got it to work.
