It is. But I usually prefer a group chat or else things get awkward real fast.

I remember when my webcam for some reason turned on on skype. I restarted my PC fast. I don't have problem people seeing my face on YouTube for example because that is uploaded after recording so I can fix something if it's bad, but I would never want my face to be seen when I am doing something live. Thats why I will never do livestream for example.

Well, you had to fuse it yourself actually. They send an email to every MSN user and explained the steps to follow in order to do that

I did with my personal MSN account, though I think all you need to do is download Skype and just log in with your MSN/Hotmail/Live account to do so.

Yup, but I ddin't have any MSN contact. It was more a "Microsoft related services/Skype" fusion actually.

I used to have an old MSN account with my first mail address. I've used it for years but thanks to Facebook, it was totally useless. I decided to delete it completely but two months later I thought I would just use Skydrive. Therefor the mail address was unusable for some reasons and I had to use my gmail account to create a new Microsoft account. It's this gmail address I fused with Skype

The email I have tied to Skype is my first email I got, back when I was about...9, I think, interesting that I've still got the same address 7 years later, and it has obviously lent itself to other services that have come, such as Skydrive.

That is interesting how we use to change our email a lot and now, everybody sticks to the same email address. I think it may be because not only Internet provider offers you free email. Back in my day ( ) there were no Gmail!

EDIT: that also mean you have a live email. Though I never use it!

Mine's a hotmail account, I made it before Windows Live was conceived, ah, the good ol' days of MSN Hotmail and Messenger.

Do people still use instant messengers? Everyone I know just uses FB chat these days. Sometimes Skype for video. Texting is quite popular also.
