Re: Rayman Origins
Funny thing is how we still don't have 360 Enulator. And it is a fact that today's computers could run it if it existed. I guess nobody is interested in making it. PS3 has Emulator in making so it is possible Vita Emulator is in making but it is not confirmed yet.
Re: Rayman Origins
Even if there would be a PSVITA emulator, it wouldn't work well on a non-touchscreen device, and using a mouse wouldn't solve this problem. Why woule you need a PSVITA emulator anyway? It isn't that much expensive.
Howewer, I don't really know what to do, shall I just miss this bug and calculate max score for every level once again, or can we assume that 1000 is the max score for every level with the exception of those mentioned ( and moskito level i discovered just now )? It would seem pretty rough that Ubisoft were making this 1000 lums glitch with 28 levels in addition to the 6 levels in original version.
Also, here's a screenshot of the multiplier:

Re: Rayman Origins
Why not go ahead and say this about every single emulator in existence? All their respective consoles are currently cheaper than the Vita.Rayrobi wrote:Why woule you need a PSVITA emulator anyway? It isn't that much expensive.
Re: Rayman Origins
There is no existing PSVita emulator, and it wouldn't work well on a non-touchscreen device, like a Desktop PC or laptop. And instead of waiting for someone to create an emulator, which is not sure to work properly, you can buy a PSVita.Adsolution wrote:Why not go ahead and say this about every single emulator in existence? @Rayrobi Well, I also don't feel wanting to spend 300€ just to play one game.

That doesn't rectify a single one of the problems with your previous post, nor does it counter the argument I posed against it.Rayrobi wrote:There is no existing PSVita emulator, and it wouldn't work well on a non-touchscreen device, like a Desktop PC or laptop. I don't know about you, but I find calling a Vita 'not very expensive' rather absurd, especially in light of what you're comparing it to.

If we compare a Wii Mini with a PS Vita...

Wii Mini is much better, trust me.Haruka wrote:If we compare a Wii Mini with a PS Vita...
Re: Rayman Origins
Wii Mini is ok, but I would rather recommend people to buy used original Wii for same price because it has more features.
Re: Rayman Origins
I don't want to start a discussion, but since there isn't a PSVita emulator, it's a better way to buy a PSVita until an emulator comes out. You can sell it anyway if you don't need it anymore. I agree with that an emulator is a cheaper ( nay free ) way to play games rather than buying the console, but there still isn't an emulator of PSVita and it isn't 100% guaranteed that it will work properly on any system when it comes out, while the console itself works well out of the box, because every PSVita is the same rather than the PCs the emulators would run on.Adsolution wrote:That doesn't rectify a single one of the problems with your previous post, nor does it counter the argument I posed against it.

300€?! What the heck? I've spent only 133€ on both the PSVita and Rayman Origins, as it was FREE for Playstation Plus users, until yesterday when day made it a paid app.Haruka wrote:@Rayrobi Well, I also don't feel wanting to spend 300€ just to play one game.
Also i've never heard of Wii mini.
Re: Rayman Origins
In what country you live? PSVita is in most countries not 133 Euros. Also Wii Mini is not in every country as well.
Re: Rayman Origins
Hungary, and it's around 160€ for the 4 GB version, we got it used from 133€, but it was in perfect condition. Until i accidentically scratched the screen glass a bit when i was holding the usb cable, it almost JUST TOUCHED the fucking glass, but it scratched the day i bought it. My tablet even fell down multiple times both on its screen and back, and it had only little scratches on its screen. What the fuck seriously.OldClassicGamer wrote:In what country you live? You are lucky to live in country with such prices.Rayrobi wrote:Hungary, and it's around 160€ for the 4 GB version, we got it used from 133€, but it was in perfect condition. Re: Rayman Origins
I just checked the Wii mini and it ranges from about 100€ to 125€.
i saw the Wii U's price on Wikipedia howewer, and it is for 299$, which is a bit cheaper than the 300€ PSVita in your country, it's funny that the Wii U must be more expensive than the PSVita, here the Wii U is for about 250€. Funny, unless the Wii U costs more than 300€ in your country. Weird how high the prices are there.
Ough, this has gone a bit off topic.

Re: Rayman Origins
The Wii U in here (the Premium Pack) is 50€ more expensive than the 3G PSVita, so it leads to 350€.
Sadly it is the same price in other European countries.

Aha, so you were talking about the 3G version. It must be like 200€ here.Haruka wrote:The Wii U in here (the Premium Pack) is 50€ more expensive than the 3G PSVita, so it leads to 350€.

Anyways, i'm more than halfway through my walkthrough of Rayman Origins, i beat my lum record in almost every level so far.
Re: Rayman Origins
Well, you are doing a good thing remastering walkthroughs. I must remaster in future 3 Let's Plays because I was not happy how they turned out and I was still bad with commentary and new to LPing. When you are new, it is not easy to talk and play while recording (at least for me) Funny how Rayman Origins is one of the LPs I must remaster.

It's understandable, as you move along and progress, you eventually settle into your own set of mannerisms and standards, naturally, the ones at the beginning had you try to get accustomed to it, so you've not got the same consistent style you'd have now.

Re: Rayman Origins
Akin to that, the Vita here costs $286, which is approximately 230 euros. Not as expensive, but still very expensive for what it is.Haruka wrote:Welcome to Portugal, where both stuff can be adquired for 300€. Not quite cheap I must say.
