Re: Rayman Legends
I don't mean to make a fuss over the whole "hundred-year-long sleep" thing. It's just something that peeving me a little bit. And I do accept that they're video game characters, but that little part of my brain is impossible to shut off. I'd be totally fine with them sleeping for a hundred years if there was something to explain it away for me. So, I'm sorry if I make a big deal out of it. It's just something that gets on my nerves.
Re: Rayman Legends
I don think you are making big deal out of it since I feel same about this idea.
Re: Rayman Legends
That makes me think... poor Rayman seems to be useful only when there's a threat.

Re: Rayman Legends
The 100-year-sleep seems fine to me, seeing as everything in this game is silly and exaggerated.

Re: Rayman Legends
it's not as silly as origins, so it's ok if they have some sillyness!
also, just thought i'd post this in case no one has seen the final version of swarmed and dangerous. i saw it when it was first revealed at gamescom 2012, plus i saw this the day it came out, but here you go: http://youtu.be/-hDkz4ubKWE NOTE: DO NOT WATCH IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPOIL ANYMORE LEVELS! it doesn't have any storyline spoilers though.

Re: Rayman Legends
Woah, looks like many people were wrong {He's actually Dark Rayman, and not a shadow of Rayman as many say. The thing is he looks a lot darker, but the purple hair and the features show that that's clearly him. I wonder what would happen if you play this level while playing as Dark Rayman?}TFDs39 wrote:http://www.jeuxvideo.fr/jeux/rayman-leg ... 36696.html
Here are 2 invaded levels!{Olympus Maximus and El Fiesta de Los Muertos (the one with Dark Rayman.)}
Ubisoft has nothing to do with that. Nintendo is just making a deal for August. If you add 50-99.99 dollars to your Wii U account right now, you'll get 5 additional dollars. If you add $100, you'll get $10 dollars. Since Rayman Legends costs around 60 dollars, that means you'll be able to get 5 additional dollars (not 10) if you buy the game digitally.OldClassicGamer wrote:It should. If it does not, it would be unfair.
Pre-orders have nothing to do. Neither PS3... and If that was the case, who would care? the PS3 version of Rayman Legends is gonna suck sweaty genitals

Not everybody has WiiU...While I do agree WiiU will be best version to play on home console since it is the one made first, what exactly makes PS3 versionsergiomonty wrote:PS3 version of Rayman Legends is gonna suck sweaty genitals

Re: Rayman Legends
The forced multitasking of Murfy's "B Button" will sort of ruin the experience for some levels. But nah, I was just trying to piss you off, since you didn't actually read the article related to the 10 dollars... at all.OldClassicGamer wrote:Not everybody has WiiU...While I do agree WiiU will be best version to play on home console since it is the one made first, what exactly makes PS3 versionsergiomonty wrote:S3 version of Rayman Legends is gonna suck sweaty genitalslike you said?sergiomonty wrote:suck sweaty genitals
Re: Rayman Legends
I haven't seen it in action yet. Will motion controls be replaced with simply hovering over the screen? I played Dead Space Extraction without PlayStation Move and that was really shitty.sergiomonty wrote:The forced multitasking of Murfy's "B Button" will sort of ruin the experience for some levels.

Re: Rayman Legends
Eh... well, no, it depends on the action. There are videos of that. Murfy moves automatically around the screen, and you need to press b in the right moment. Sometimes you need to hold b to pull a platform, sometimes you need to mash the B button to keep an enemy distracted, and sometimes you need to press RT or LT to spin a platforms. Sometimes it isn't explanatory enough, and you must figure out how to control Murfy while controlling Rayman at the same time, ending up in really, REALLY awkward controls.Keane wrote:I haven't seen it in action yet. Re: Rayman Legends
glad i have a U!
even a vita would be fine though, the ps360 versions look like they'd be SOOO boring and not fun!
Re: Rayman Legends
At least they are giving more people chance to play it. PC version however would be less boring since controlling Murphy with mouse would be better then with controller.

Re: Rayman Legends
Not a big surprise, since Rayman always had a PC port in its main games. Great news at least, maybe one day I'll make a walkthrough of it.
