Oh guys... I don't know if you knew this, but some guy at GoNintendo posted a news about "Rayman Legends being more expensive on Wii U than other consoles". Then showed this:

Xbox 360: £25
PS3: £25
PC: £25
Vita: £30
Wii U: £40

I went to Amazon UK.. and all of the versions are priced the fucking same. Even the Wii U version is cheaper. I also checked the Ubisoft store and the price is the exact same. Well. People didn't know this, and then started talking about "conspiracies" and Ubisoft not wanting the Wii U version of Rayman Legends to sell so they don't develop for Nintendo anymore and blah blah blah

I sort of saved the day by informing gonintendo that everything was a mistake, and that the pricing was apparently fixed later

So yeah, another misunderstanding. Every version will have the same price. Ubisoft, get your shit together, your fans won't be here to defend you all the time. Rayman Legends is in a delicate situation for Wii U owners, so stop fucking it up and making mistakes like that.

By the way, the number of playable characters that Rayman Legends will have has been revealed. This videos is kind of spoiler-ish. It doesn't have any of the characters unlocked, but you can see their shades:

There will be [26] playable characters, which is a pretty cool number, and that doesn't even count the 10 princesses that you must save to make them playable (Except for Barbara, Estelia and Ursula) so they might be [33] in total (With exclusive pre-order character included). Pretty fucking big number. The last unlockable seems to be [Dark Rayman].

If Steam does a sale in which I get an older version of Rayman for free if I pre-order Legends then i'll be getting that. Otherwise it's still Xbox for me.

I knew that threre was probably a PC version in the works, and it seems so. While I believe the game should have remained Wii U exclusive because it took advantage of the unique capabilities of the Wii U, Tis, only fair if a PC version is made when the game is on all other major formats. I'm surprised that it was announced this near to the game's release. It looks like Haruka can make a walkthrough now. I'll still be keeping my pre-order for the Wii U version though, the PS Vita and PC versions may be something I buy used in the future though. On another note, I apologize for my absence on this community in recent weeks, and sadly I couldn't participate in record day. I guess there is always next year! I will try to increase my activity from this point onward. Also, Wow, five-hundred pages on this thread, this has to be one of the biggest threads on the RPC.

While I am a bit disappointed, having over 30 characters (Most of them hopefully not being Teensies) is far better than Origins. I hope WereRay hasn't been cut, because if he is, that's gonna bug the shit out of me.

So if there's 33 characters in the game, 16 of those characters are from Origins, 10 are the new princess characters, which leaves 7 new characters. of which we already have 4 revealed. That leaves Weird Hat Globox, WereRay, and Small Crown Teensie still open. Though, they might be getting rid of Generic Green Teensie, so that opens up one more spot. He was kind of a worthless addition, and the fact that you start with Grand MInimus makes his entire existence pointless.

It looks like the game is starting with Rayman, Globox, Grand Minimus, and Goth Teensie, probably to compensate for the fact that Barbara is unlockable.

Since the pre-order bonus of Legends comes with Origins on PC (if I get that version), it'd mean I have an extra copy of Origins since I already have it on steam, meaning I think it'll let me gift it to someone, if you guys are all up for a little contest of the sort maybe? I dunno, something fun.
