I have a 20 minute gameplay video rendering for youtube, this will take quite a long time.

Camtasia is faster

For editing yes, for what I need (just to render video in mp4) Camtasia does job fine

I own Sony Vegas and it is fantastic. Years ago I used to do stuff with Windows Movie Maker, a piece of crap that was freezing and crashing all the time. Poop.

But yeah Windows movie maker was a piece of poop, I use to use it for my old youtube videos, Vegas is an absolutely incredible rendering program, it kicks Camtasia and WMM's ass.

WMM is indeed terrible. WMM Live did improved a little but it was still bad. Main thing I dislike about Sony Vegas is price and it just looks too complicated but I heared it is not actually.

You guys are talking about how difficult it is, Vegas is a ridiculously easy program when it comes to effects, I'm not kidding, it really isn't hard, you guys should expirement with it at least.

That's because making parches and editing videos differs a lot. And though I didn't use Vegas many times. Maybe 4 or 5 times.
