The staple of forum etiquette that is "No one-worded or one-smiley posts" stems from the fact that creating a post that contains nothing more than one word or one smiley (in most cases) demonstrates that the poster has no desire to make a useful contribution. As per the bracketed clause, exceptions include special obvious implications, for example, someone using the boon smiley to visually convey their reaction to whatever literarily indescribable amount of mindfucking nonsense they have just witnessed.

So then why isn't the rule called 'No nonsense posts' and make it for everyone on this board clear ?

At what point in time did OldClassicGamer's post become your own? Quotes primarily exist for the purpose of specifying what in particular you are replying to, and the fact that quotes contain words (the most obvious and efficient way of specifying what you are replying to) does not for some reason mean that those words become part of your own writing and contribution.

Seeing as you have absolutely none of that, we've decided to teach you what it is. The fact that you think nonsense/spam is not only okay, but okay even after repeatedly being told to stop in the past is simply embarrassing on your part. What excuse could you possibly have left to give at this point?
