I know the Pirate Community Steam Group is a ghost kind of group but this offer can change the situation: Age of Empires II HD -50%!

If 4 personnes are interested by the game, we could grab the 4-pack and pay the game 7€ each

I don't know exactly how much it is in your change but that games in HD with steam powered servers for multiplayer is totally worth it.

Lately I've been investing in a closed liquid cooler for my computer, as my fan has been extremely loud while gaming.
