Actually, I was second in '09 a couple of months before I became a mod.

I did, however, host the contest. :P

And of course: Congratulations, Haruka! A well deserved victory! :D
And congratulations to Serza for making it all the way to the final in spite of having one of the lowest posting frequencies of the active members. Just goes to show that quality is still more important than quantity. :)

Well it comes to no surprise I lost, i've very much been backing Haruka all the way here, certainly much more deserving of the title than I for continuing to be an awesome contributor.
