Fucking pricks, video games help relieve your anger, they don't cause you to become violent unless you're already a sociopath at best.

They may cause some very little kids to start act like in the game, or play it with some toys, and if the game is violent, over protective parents go crazy.

Is there supposed to exist a "true gamer" in this world?

I think true gamer is a rather obnoxious term personally.

Well, I am talking about people who just normaly enjoy games instead of complaining about graphics for example.

I agree. Saying that you are a "true gamer" because of the games you play or the way you play games is as stupid as saying you're a "true eater" because of the food you eat or the way you eat.

Going back to the whole violence in games I think Mr Yahtzee sums up my thoughts quite well :

Haruka, I agree with Brayfist. I can understand getting two versions of the same game; I'm guilty of this. But doing so at launch? That's unnecessarily expensive. I mean of course you're a huge Rayman fan and shit, and you don't want to miss this, but I do believe this is wasting too much money at once. You could just wait a bit until one of the versions gets cheaper and then buy it - same thing, but you lose less money. And come on - Rayfie was just giving you a friendly suggestion.

In this case, it makes all the difference:
I know few people, who eat sandwiches.
means you basically know noone, who eats sandwiches.
I know a few people, who eat sandwiches.
means you know a certain amount of people, who eat sandwiches.

Most extremely violent games are not meant for kids in the first place. And that would not happen in most cases unless they're already somewhat violent or aggresive - but then again that could happen with very little kids; they might act mean or aggresive, but they won't kill or attack someone...Anyways, I've played platformers - which have killing but in a very more child-friendly way in most cases - for years and I've also played some more violent games for years as well and I literally wouldn't hurt a fly.

Basically any "true" term. I don't like Coldplay's latest album so clearly I am not a "true fan" even though I've seen them life and listen to their music quite often. And now I must do anything to be able to receive the nonexistent "true" tag and please people in the YouTube comments!

Aye, I completely agree. Not to bring a personal circumstance into this, but didn't Haruka say that she was extraordinarily tight on money? Given that circumstance (or given almost any circumstance really), I see buying two versions of the same game on launch as kind of silly.

From what I have seen so far (without spoiling my-self) this game will be too easy? I don't see how there would be any competition in this game except for speedruns. At least it's cheaper on PC and you get a free copy of RO but I guess it won't look as natural to play it as on the Wii U. By the way, has Ubi even said something about a new Rayman in 3D a.k.a Rayman 4? I loved RO but I think it's time for a new 3D game :confus:

I'd like to see a Beyond Good And Evil 2 first, as the first left on a total cliffhanger.

To be honest, I really wanted to be excited for RL, I really do, but the release date is literally my second day into school, ffuuuuuuuuuck.

@Ad I actually had a kind soul that wanted me to get the PC version at release so he bought me some services and a personal good to do so. I can say I'm a little less tight than months ago.

@Rayfist, Rulez and Ad Alright, I'm very silly.

I'm just sticking with my PS3 version as I don't see myself getting any other version any time soon, though my bf's leaning towards getting it on Steam instead. Lucky for me the game is coming out on my next payday...

Just for clarification, do you get the Afro-Rayman skin if you play the Challenge App before the game is released, or were there a dead line for it?
