Re: Rayman Legends
Hey,I just noticed that Droolie posted the sprites.Cool!I may make something out of them later.
Also,I noticed that the duck kick attack wasn't scrapped.I accidentally did it.I will try to find how to do it with intention.

Re: Rayman Legends
It could make sense, if they had an UPlay Demo why would they even work on making the demo drm-free ? that way, by linking the steam demo to their uplay demo they released it on both platforms at the same time. Im just hoping that im right because I was about to buy it 2 days ago but now im not so sure anymore... A new account for 1 game? no thanksOldClassicGamer wrote: I see no logic in putting UPlay for demo and not for full game but I would like it to be true even if it does not make sense. I was really looking forward to see you guys online in RL, and I have nobody on UPlay
Re: Rayman Legends
Hm, but this can also be the case. Since I believe that games are DRM-Free by default they had to work on it to make it as a UPlay demo which would seem that they want full version to be UPlay too (but I hope it's not true)

Guess I'll record a youtube video today for the demo! Thanks Drol!
Re: Rayman Legends
My gameplay of 360 demo is 58% uploaded and I am processing PC demo gameplay in Camtasia Studio.

Cool thanks for sharing the link, gonna download that.Drolpiraat wrote:There is one alright, I have it. Try this steam link: steam://install/243340ZeptoRay wrote:I don't see it either, I don't think there is one, I don't remember a demo for PC being announced.
Also, the sprites have been ripped, now I only need to convert them from DDS to PNG format so people who don't know what DDS is can open them
Re: Rayman Legends
I tried out the PC demo a little yesterday night but I believe my computer is starting to give signals of aging. The game doesn't run at full 60FPS.
I guess this means I won't be able to record a PC walkthrough until I get the chance to do a computer upgrade, but that will take at least one or two years to happen...

Re: Rayman Legends
It happened to me as well. At first everything was working fine but later on game started lagging. Putting game on lowest resolution solved problem for me. RAM memory is biggest problem for me since I only have 4 gig and that is not enough for modern games. Did you tried changing resolution? All new games work fine for me with no lags after I put everything on lowest.
Re: Rayman Legends
My desktop computer also owns 4GB of RAM, but only around 3,33GB are usable. Well, my PC is already 6 years old.

Even with a PC 6 years old, I'd expect it to run fine, my PC despite being pretty good has a rather outdated motherboard, but it seems to play RL just fine.

Re: Rayman Legends
So even if you put Rayman Legends resolution on lowest it still does not play at 60FPS? Too badHaruka wrote:My desktop computer also owns 4GB of RAM, but only around 3,33GB are usable. Well, my PC is already 6 years old.

I decided to give it a shot, ugh, my laptop has never been a pixel pusher, but it really didn't like Legends.

You did better then me
Anyways on what resolution were you playing?

I jost hope it wont turn out that many people who pre-ordered RL for PC are having troubles playing game at 60FPS. That would totally kill the sales and UbiSoft might stop making Rayman for PC.Master wrote:I decided to give it a shot, ugh, my laptop has never been a pixel pusher, but it really didn't like Legends.

Re: Rayman Legends
In fairness, I wasn't expecting anything spectacular, my laptop doesn't really handle anything past 2005, heck, it could barely take the likes of Portal.
That being said, I'm sure many game on consoles anyways, and probably go for them, especially given that Legends is a platforming game.

Re: Rayman Legends
could anyone be so kind and upload xbox demo version? or maybe someone know how to solve my problem. i try to download rayman legends demo from steam and when i click "download demo" nothing happens...
Re: Rayman Legends
I had same issue. Exit Steam, go to google chrome, press download, Steam will open automaticly and game will download. Xbox demo? Ask Droolie.

Re: Rayman Legends
For those wondering, remember that 100 years have passed since the events of Rayman Origins. At that point, it is possible that all of the Baby Globoxes have grown up and expanded the species of blue Glutes. Globrax may be a different Glute.
I'm also starting to think that Sir Rayelot is legitimately another member of Rayman's species. That is solidified by the fact that most of the Rayman skins have different backstories now. Also, something explains why Rayman's penis is so small in the naked skin... [He's not Rayman, he's another guy who is often confused by Rayman. Our real Rayman has a big cock. This must be a real turn-off for someone that we all know u.u']

This is a very good theory!sergiomonty wrote:For those wondering, remember that 100 years have passed since the events of Rayman Origins. At that point, it is possible that all of the Baby Globoxes have grown up and expanded the species of blue Glutes. Globrax may be a different Glute.]
Also,if we go on the description,we see that only Red Globox and Raybox are referred as Globox and Rayman.
