400€ PS4 vs. >2000€ emulated PS4 on PC.

I think it's clear what choice you'll make :P

@Rayrobi
I never said I want to emulate PS4. I just said a fact that such emulator if existed would not work on my PC.
emshomar wrote:1k is at least something possible. If I'd say 10k or 500k or better a million no one would be willing to donate me. This version, will have a little security built in which can prevent sharing :P , as long as you don't share you will still be able to run the Mega Patch.
What security can prevent sharing? What would happen if I for example had that file copy and paste it someware else so I keep the one to run Mega Patch and upload other on MEGA?

Yeah that's one of the reasons why would you never want to emulate a PS4. :lol:

I never said i was talking about you wanting to emulate a PS4, I just asked in general: why would you want to emulate a PS4?

If I tell you that you'll find a way to bypass it somehow. I just gonna tell you, without internet connection it won't launch.

lol that is easy to bypass. I know what you are talking about. Good luck giving that to anyone. I can bet people would rather go on PirateBay and get GOG.com version and activate it with your regular patch then give you 1k tings. Thats just my honest opinion.

And I respect it! A try is worth? No ? Anyway you're older than me and you know the world better than me, that's why I am welcome to hear your opinion. What I actually had in my mind:
Each customer receives an installer that has a key for each one included. That key will also have to be registered in my server. When the customer launches a game, the key will be compared with the server and if the server says ok the game will launch. If someone dares to share his installer, which has his key already included, I'll have to detect it and from my server I can block that key, so he and the others who downloaded it will not be able to launch a game ever again. (no with key I didn't meaned serial number or serial key or anything what need to enter in installation)

You can give it a try. It's up to you. I do think it is unusual idea. Not because of security, but because of 1k tings as a payment.

It's up to Adsolution will you get them or not. It would take you many years just to get Tings back to 0 by yourself.

Don't steal fucking bank, be normal ( and not a boon ) for about 618 days and you will get your tings back. If you rob a bank, you will lose another million tings. :tssk:

Yes, but that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard for this kind of thing. To me, it seems less like you're trying to accomplish a good deed and more like you're trying to show off how you're skilled enough programming-wise to implement DRM on a very basic level. No, the try is not worth it, because all it will do is piss people off. You aren't charging for it (doing so would be illegal), therefore the DRM is one-hundred percent pointless, and only serves to show off your skill and annoy the fuck out of everyone else. :boon:

Is this some scheme to try and get his rank back? For his information, I'll just take away another million if that's what he's doing.

Besides, he'll be getting his rank back soon.
