He planned to give that to people if they donate him 1k tings.
Is this some scheme to try and get his rank back? For his information, I'll just take away another million if that's what he's doing.

Besides, he'll be getting his rank back soon.
You seem to not underrtand how much tings mean to him.

Well in fact a PS4 should be way easier to emulate than a PS3 due to the x86 architecture which is standard on computers and of course it doesn't mean that it will be easy to hack, hackers will probably have to write their own codes and extract the PS4 BIOS first or something like that. The same happened with the Wii emulator because the GPU it uses very similar to desktop ones and a CPU commonly used on MAC systems which have more documentation for sure.

High-end desktops (1000€~) are already somewhere between 2.4 - 3 times faster than the PS4 from what I have seen lately on comparisons, and by the next year we may see a new GTX series from Nvidia that will feature Maxwell architecture (supposed to be x2 up to x3 more efficient per watt)... so with that and cheap i5/i7 CPUs that can be overclocked up to 37%+ with no effort at all and cheap RAM kits I have no doubts that in case an emulator is out, a computer under the 800€ price tag will be able to play perfectly if not better.

Actually it is. What was I thinking? It's not like we are talking about 1000 days :hinhinhin:

Offenders will be given back their tings when and if the moderating team is satisfied that they've learnt their lesson, it's up to the offender to ensure that said satisfaction is attained, as it stands, I personally think Em is doing well.

I didn't do it as you can see but I got people giving me their opinion.

I can tell you, I own a 2012 high-end laptop (i7-3840qm @3,80GHz, GTX660M 2GB GDDR5, 20GB 1600Mhz Corsair RAM) and yet it laggs a bit on PCSX2.

For me too, but that's normal because it is very different comparing to your x86 based computer.

Dolphin for Wii run much faster even with extra AA options because of what I said in my previous post which is why many people have some hope about the next-gen emulation. Also it's already been said that a lot of games will be released for PC at the same time as other platforms with zero effort so I guess it is already a fact that we'll see those emulators.

Tutorial for Rayman 2: Revolution widescreen patch
Download this file, and place it in the "cheats" folder located in the same folder you installed PCSX2 into. Now in PCSX2, go to Config > Emulation Settings > GS Window, and make sure Aspect Ratio is set to 16:9. Also go to System, and make sure Enable Cheats is checked. Now load the game and the widescreen patch should apply automatically. There are 2 problems with the patch. One is that when entering a new area, the patch could take a small amount of time to apply, causing the screen to appear stretched for a fraction of a second (this may be fixable by applying the patch directly to the iso, I will look into it). The second problem is that objects that are right on the edge of the screen will disappear (this may also be fixable, but I'm not sure on this one).

Anytime, now go and show us the glorious Revolution in brilliant widescreen HD!
Cairnie, I've edited the first post slightly, the links were broken and I've tried to make it a little more clear that Em's and Rib's method is its own.

I tried emshomar's settings and games still lag. Perhaps if I put DirectX in plugin on software instead of hardware

Try going to Emulation Settings > Speedhacks, and setting EE Cyclerate to 3 and VU Cycle Stealing to 2.

EDIT: To avoid double posting I'll just leave this here.
As you can see I am about half way done fixing the fonts. I have fixed the width of the letters and other 2D objects but the spacing now needs fixing. There are also a few graphical errors such as the UbiSoft logo being completely black, and the electric doors being completely dark blue which also need fixing.
