http://ca.ign.com/articles/2013/09/13/r ... jungle-run
So according to this article, Fiesta Run will have quite a lot of new things compared to Jungle Run. There will be power ups you can buy at the start of a level, you will have the ability to go into the background at some points, and once you collect all the Lums in a level you unlock Invasion mode, which is exactly like what it is in Legends, which also means double the content.
There's also this picture:

Probably from an Invasion level.

Re: Rayman Legends
Hm, Mecha Daisy? pardon my slight disappointment, but seeing as the Jungle Run already had the original Daisy, I'd hoped that they'd have included some of the other bosses.
Then again, it's too soon to tell, perhaps the other 'uns will appear.
That being said, it's impressive how well designed for Smartphones the Run series is, even with the endless runner element, the design is still well done.

Re: Rayman Legends
Will there be Windows 8 version?
Re: Rayman Legends
After today's sickness I got from playing Rayman Legends too long, I have decided to stop playing it after unlocking Rayomz (which will be pretty soon). So I won't go for the 11th level of awesomeness, but instead play something slow and atmospheric that I can truly enjoy.
Maybe I'll return to it one day to get that last achievement, but considering the amount of grinding it requires and how boring the rest of the game is when you've completed it, it doesn't seem very likely.

Re: Rayman Legends
I will aim for both the skin and level 11. With some patience I can reach there, and when it happens I'll make sure I backup the save files.
Re: Rayman Legends
I will aim for both as well. Let's see who reaches level 11 and skin first.
Re: Rayman Legends
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IobT_esQe3sNicr Legends review that was just uploaded from CGR, I really like this one.

Re: Rayman Legends
Hm, extremely positive there. Is it just me, or did the gameplay there look a bit washed out? Nitpick, but the game looks much more colourful than that review showed.
I'm curious to see if Yahtzee will be doing a review on Legends, given as his style of review tends to focus on the negative aspects of a game, I'm interested to see what potential niggles non-fans would have with it.

Re: Rayman Legends
Ah yes, I recall Dango going about with Zero Punctuation Rayman in his sig for some time.
Seeing as he tends to be in two minds about sequels, let's see if Rayman can keep his good standing there.

Unfortunately, humans are the one of the things THEdragon has the most difficulty drawing.Rulez wrote:If only there was someone who could illustrate that well, like THEdragon. On another note, someone on Tumblr mentioned that screenshots of Rayman Legends gameplay look like concept art, and goodness gracious, they were right!
Re: Rayman Legends
Does anyone here have a link to the very first video that showed Rayman Legends? The one from the survey. It wasn't a trailer, just a bunch of footage from the Neverending pit and a bit of the first Olympus Maximus level. It also had some very weird music and I'm looking for that so I can include it in the soundtrack.
It was deleted in several places but I recall someone posted a working link to it quite a bit into this topic, so it could literally be anywhere here...

Re: Rayman Legends
If I remember correctly, the song played in the concept trailer was a song from How to Train Your Dragon. I don't think that should be added to the soundtrack, but here's the video:Drolpiraat wrote:Does anyone here have a link to the very first video that showed Rayman Legends? The one from the survey. Hm, I don't think that's the one Droolie refers to, Bionichute, I vaguely recall the surveys, but I don't have any of the footage from them.
