A program like Gimp, Paint Tool SAI, Fire Alpaca or Photoshop and you erase around the picture until there is only what you want left, then you add a layer under it and slap a background on it. Then you can add whatever on it too. Its easy even with a mouse ( as I just did that with a mouse ).

I think I'll spend tomorrow downloading all that fancy and messing around for a few hours. Too many good ideas in my head that can't be done in Microsoft paint.

Sai and Photoshop aren't free but gimp and fire alpaca are. Forgot to say this.

I'm 95% sure I have some Adobe packet laying around that includes Photoshop, so I'll look for that.
