Well, that would be the Tourette's stereotype. My ticks are physical (they've never had to do with my voice) though not grand, they're like short little jerks that can happen quite rapidly. The most common ones I have are randomly extending my fingers quickly, squinting sharply, and twitching my head quickly and sharply. I can technically control them, but it requires a lot of focus, and after not too long it makes me feel incredibly restless.
 
My god, I'm glad I don't have parents like that, my dad is pretty bad but not like that.

Possible, since its my case. And the same thing with thousand of people ( not with Rayman but with whatever they like ) too. Wow life is terrible if were all going like that.

Maybe. I can't say I know anyone outside of RPC that shares my interest in the attention to detail or atmosphere in games.

Haha. I remember once looking up Facebook pages of some of the people I knew from school and found most of them discussing that they got drunk and posting pictures of girls being nearly naked. And this was back when we were all 13 maybe 14. If that's what is considered normal these days then I'll be crazy.

I like to be able to see people the way they actually look. Especially girls who go as far as to make their hair blue and heavily decorate their face. You can't tell what these people look like.

Your completely right. Let people be how they want to be. I'm paying a visit to my grandparents tomorrow and put on my little act again. I'm happy and nothing is wrong in my life. Because if that's not the case they immediately judge me on a level that's insane.
 
i've got ADHD and a birtheffect which made me born with a permanently disfigured nose, and (it's been fixed) had half my upper lip and part of my upper jaw missing. luckily surgeons fixed have been working on my since I was born. this made me an easier target in primary. anger issues didn't help. eventually people realized that i could (and would) do serious damage physically and emotionally (teachers hated me, especially mr. paine). eventually i mellowed as did others, i find if i get mad now, i'll just read or relax to classical music. high school is so far so good so... to rayfist's earlier post simalour story, food fight guys picking on my table, trying to start a food fight. i dumped a 4-foot cafeteria trash on his head :) revenge is sweet!

I like to see what people really looks like too. I already got someone saying they were ugly without make up but it was the other way around.:boon:
I forgot to add earlier people who are born a dude but feels like they are/want to be a girl and vice-versa are also included in this. Its the person's choice and I will always respect it. I'm actually surprised my parents have nothing against that.

One thing I'd love to discuss. This is sadly becoming really common around here. I think this could be another reason of mine using videogames to escape reality, the reality of this generation in America- is awful. What the woman at my school have done is a lot worse, a whole leakage of nude photos (13-14), starting posting on the web from people from our School. Our School took action and well, made a silly announcement about it. It really makes me cringe seeing this, seeing these young children grow up in such a way. I'm not sure what it could be that dramatically influence these peoples decisions, whether it be parents, TV, I don't know... all I know, it's getting a lot worse. I'm seeing 12 year olds with Iphones now, this isn't rare, this is becoming common now, seriously.

That was me actually for a while. I had my gender icon set to female here in 2010, though eventually in late 2012 I realised it wasn't for me. While I identify as male now, I chose to disable the icon to avoid possible confusion or awkward questions from those who don't know me given my sense of style and so on. Also, I like how my name fits on top of my avatar like a hat; the icon would ruin that.

I've thought about dyeing my hair dark blue. That would be interesting.
 
Heh, I dyed my hair blue long time ago. I use to find it stupid, but now I find it a really creative method of expressing yourself, maybe I'll do it when I graduate sometime.

I'm totally fine with that. I wonder why some people are even against such things or homosexuality. I know it's against the religions of some, but it's not like these people are having an effect on your life.
 
Someone in my bro's class is 14 and she got pregnant. I have nothing about young children using technology like gaming consoles since I was doing so at the age of 3 already. But Iphones and things like that, I think its a bit too far. And yeah America is getting pretty awful at that, and i'm including Canada in this, because its the same thing.

I kind of noticed that because that your DA is still saying Female and people were calling you by "he,him" ect here which confused me for like 2 weeks.

Oh it's not just the US. The Netherlands has clinics to help 12 year olds stop drinking. Like Zepto said I'm not against kids using technology and Internet but it's going to keep exposing younger kids to such concepts.
 
I think it's good that kids are at least somewhat exposed to such things, it just needs to be enough so that they understand the risk associated with it. After all, sudden exposure is a leading cause of impulsive habits and being awkward about it.

I sound like a TV PSA.

Coming back to this, I think Rayman does appeal to a certain audience. A lot of same interests in music, art, humour etc. I've never seen a community where a whole side forum can exist out of the amount of people with drawing skill.

I think the same, I was already on internet at the age of 10, not on any website, just going on google but no one is safe from google images. And got against the rule of deviantart and joined at the age of 12. Well at least it made my grade in English A+ because I learned the language in 6 months because of that. Plus here where I live you learn all those thing at the age of 10-12, I can't remember exactly when since its been some years but I know its around that.

Back when I was eight or nine I was doing a presentation on cats. I decided to do some research and learned a lot of things about, err, love that day. I think you can guess what word I used to look up cats. :boon:
