Re: Off Topic
Everyone pretty much laughed in the class because it was ridiculous. I still can't believe half the class thought the sun was doing rotations around the Earth though.

Re: Off Topic
I'm usually best in groups of 2-3, myself included. However, once in a seldom while if I've been abnormally reserved for a very long time, I'll feel the urge to seek out a large, 50-60-person party or something of the sort. While I'm mostly introverted, I do have an extroverted side that needs to take the stage every so often.
Re: Off Topic
I can't stand parties at all, nor can I stand loud noises and that includes music. So I don't think i'll ever go in a party. Plus i'm too introverted for that, last time I just ended up with my laptop in the middle of everyone.
Re: Off Topic
I can stand some parties if not I just listen to my iPod and not give a damn. :I
Re: Off Topic
I usually just go up in my room. Even if its a Christmas or new year party with the family, I just don't fit with my relatives ahh.
Re: Off Topic
I'm sort of different when it comes to family. They're kind of separated into groups. I find one that seem to interest me and if not I go walk around to see I can do anything else of interest. I'm usually alone with friends or family though.
Re: Off Topic
My family either talk about sports and economy or if its my cousins well they just talk about guys and justin bieber, don't feel like talking about that, got no interest.

Re: Off Topic
Usually when my brother throws them (he tends to throw a massive party here every month or so) I either stay in my room, or sometimes I'll end up downstairs playing Brawl with some people. Family parties with relatives though, those are just garbage, and I avoid contact with them at all costs.
Re: Off Topic
I'm often forced against my will so I often end up being stuck with everyone. So I just take my laptop with me and I often draw, of course then I go take my tablet but then they all want me to draw them things and its really annoying.

Re: Off Topic
Oh God, the exact same thing (getting asked to draw something) used to happen to me quite a lot, but I've managed to put a stop to it by just coming across as generally quite cold. It's not the most impressionable solution, but I really don't care about pleasing them anymore.
Re: Off Topic
Being cold isn't really my thing so I ended up snapping at my cousins for bothering the hell out of me this whole summer asking me each day to draw something for them. I don't think they are going to ask anymore though. Well I guess having a short temper have its good side after all.
Re: Off Topic
I used to get that question a lot but it doesn't happen anymore which is a relief.
Re: Off Topic
I'm glad to not be a popular person on internet because i'd get a bunch of people asking for requests everyday, specifically on DeviantArt. I already get asked for stupid points on there all the time.
Re: Off Topic
I wouldn't mind. I would just simply reply no to the pesky askers. Though I would happily apply for an Art Trade but only if the other person is going to their part.
Re: Off Topic
I don't think I'd like getting 100 comments per day that are " are you taking requests?" or " can you draw my character :3?" I'd just say no but I would get annoyed. I like doing art trades, usually I ask the person to do their parts first, unless its someone I know who will do it.
Re: Off Topic
Well when you put it like that it would be awful to deal with. Art Trades are still fun though.
Re: Off Topic
Even though I don't get those often they sure are.

Re: Off Topic
Yeah, on the subject of large gatherings, I did go to my old School's prom, though beside talking a little and hanging out with two other friends, I just pretty much sat there and read a book on my phone to pass time, while everyone else was dancing.
As for family gatherings, I don't think there's much tension between me and my relatives, but I do feel a little isolated when it comes to my tastes and the tastes of my cousins.

I literally just cannot express how much I can relate to what you've typed there. I'm exactly like that.ZeptoRay wrote:Pretty much the same for me.
I'm rather silent until someone talks to me, I'm not really someone who is going to start a conversation. Unless its a friend then I become a talking machine. I don't really talk with family members either though, I feel kind of distant with them, were too different.

Re: Off Topic
Hm, indeed. It seems odd, seeing as I was excruciatingly talkative as a kid, that I only exhibit that trait when I'm with close friends, and for the rest, I can seem relatively distant.
