That's awfully depressing and not true at all, at least not for me. If you want to stop and take in each day as it comes, do so. If you let them all slip by and suddenly it's two years later, that's your own damn fault.
Dark Lum Lord wrote:Well, there is the fact that any of us could die at literally any moment, so yeah.
I always think there's no use in becoming paranoid of death because when you think you're all safe and covered, anything random could still happen such as a freak meteorite hitting you in the back of the head or some weird solar flare madness taking out the world. In the end, there's just no use fearing it all - so use your time more wisely and enjoy your life while you can!

Running Up That Hill - Kate Bush
I've been wanting to listen to it for some time now.

Heh, you too, huh!
I also tried the version from Placebo since I heard it in an episode of CSI and thought it was kinda cool but it's not that great, actually. :P

Awesome choice! I also think the Placebo cover is pretty nice, I think I might like it as much as the original actaully. It's kinda similar to the song Mad World in the sense that Tears for fears and Gary Jules both bring a unique tone and ambiance to the table, and it all depends on what mood that im in to determine which I prefer. Check out Army dreamers and Babooshka by her; they're probably my favourites at the minute :)

It's the best track on the album. Can it be a threesome?

Saw this on TV just now. Watch the clip too. Seriously, it's fucking hilarious. The visual is at least half of the fun in this one.

Pretty much every song from the album Never For Ever is awesome... as are all the other albums too. Haven't listened to 50 Words for Snow, though. But my personal favourites are currently Suspended in Gaffa, Cloudbusting and Deeper Understanding.

My thoughts on the video can be summed up with this picture Spiraldoor made back in '09.

It's my favourite track on Unintended (the single).

Not really.

Portishead - The Rip

I should add to my bucket list that I want to make a song like this one day. A tone I haven't heard from Portishead before. I love it.

Muse - Micro Cuts

Why the fuck have I not heard it before!? It's pretty popular and also now one of my favourites, wow.

What am I doing, I should listen to the entirety of Origin of Symmetry instead of picking random songs off it and listening to them one at a time :boon:

Aye, I quite agree! A foursome at that.

Oddly, this is one of my least favourite tracks on the album. Atlantic and A Bad Dream are definitely my favourites.
