Well, intentions aren't everything. I doubt I'd be able to make friends with someone who punched me in the back of the neck every time we met, even if he's just playing around, for instance.

Didn't we use to do that before we became friends? If I remember correctly, that was the case.Adsolution wrote:Well, intentions aren't everything. Well yes, but I'm a silly person. Also, virtual punches don't hurt.

Now that I think about it...Adsolution wrote:Well yes, but I'm a silly person. Also, virtual punches don't hurt.
I don't see myself talking with spiraldoor about poop and cocks like I do with you and Rulez....
nyeh... you might be right. It wouldn't work. Spiraldoor's friendship disregarded.
Re: Off Topic
No worries, Spiral! I have asked out a few, and got rejected.
I think I'm the worst when it comes to this act. Maybe around 6 or 7. Those are the most recent. Consider I haven't asked out any girls here in my new school. I'm actually putting that on hold for now. Instead I'm just working on improving myself, not making an ass of myself over and over. Tired of that.
Also I agree with you, there aren't many girls that I LIKE, so there is one that I like a bit actually, but I just try to shrug it off and just re-directing myself to my own issues and come back to it later. I also just assume she might have a bf or worst case scenario, husband. (I don't think she is that old but who knows)

Re: Off Topic
True it would be nice if people didn't ACK ICK HACKICK over something unusual. Yet, I also feel it's not that big of a deal. I think Spiral should be able to take a joke, and like Serg said, it's almost like saying "It's nice that you are contributing like this". I do feel it's good that he is, and welcome more of it. Yet I respect his reasoning to be more of an authority rather than a friend as well who contributes. Now if he's simply being harassed for every thing he does that is unusual for him, then I'll understand him being tired of it and will withdraw my 'he should take the joke' when he probably has been taking many.Adsolution wrote:The source of the problem is that you just had to point it out. If Spiral felt like acting a bit more casual around RPC, I'm sure the last thing he'd want is for everyone to make such a big deal out of everything he does. Then again, I'm not here to speak on anyone's behalf, it's just sort of a common sense thing.sergiomonty wrote:What?! I haven't even done anything like that to you today, what the hell?!spiraldoor wrote:You make your typical antagonistic, condescending, passive-aggressive remarks
EDIT: And no, just in case you don't understand: I'm not being sarcastic right now, I legitimately don't know when the heck was I antagonistic or condescending. Is it because I was glad that you expressed yourself? because that wasn't any kind of mock, it was legit. You are the one who interpretates it like that.

Re: Off Topic
I attempted to ask a girl out once. Did not end well. Hell it didn't even START well!
Re: Off Topic
I know the feeling. You lock up and go OH NO I CAN'T, toO SCARED and then you like hype yourself up just to START it and then it all goes to shit and you don't say it with enough confidence and all nervously and have to repeat yourself. Then she's like "Oh I have a boyfriend already" EVEN THOUGH SHE SAID SHE WANTED ONE LMAO so then you are like "welp, you tried, you DID IT, pat yourself on the back my friend"tuxdude143 wrote:I attempted to ask a girl out once. Re: Off Topic
My last girlfriend just destroyed every hope in me. Sure, we were a cute couple and everything, then she broke up with me because of something insignificant . Then I found her going out with a hairy, muscular jerk the next day. Then I discovered that she was dating that jerk when she was still my girlfriend. She was just waiting for the perfect time to erase me from the map.

Re: Off Topic
I guess I'm lucky that although my relationship started out online, the distance between us isn't anywhere near as long as I once feared; we're like an hour's train distance from each other, but there are snags - the cost of the train travel, even when you carry railcards that cut a third off each fare (I used to have a 16-25 one but now I've got to apply for a disability one welp), and the fact that I have to work and it's not enough money to pay for both rent for my own place AND to commute. I feel sorry for people who can only see each other like once a year because say one's in the UK, one's in the US, but whatever makes the couple happy.
Before this I must have had at least 3 other people ask me out, all over like MSN, and for every one I was like nope, like when someone even proposes to you on MSN it's really hard to take it seriously. The difference was that my partner asked me out AFTER we met IRL on a number of occasions, especially after MCM expo, and it was so much better this way.

Quoted for truth, but I think Sergio already should know how Spiral is too. (But I can admit I got surprised to see this unusual thing, not in the bad way of course)neo wrote:True it would be nice if people didn't ACK ICK HACKICK over something unusual. Re: Off Topic
I guess I'll still have someone kicking my toes for my years to come in RPC. It's saddening, but as Bradandez said, at least I tried.

For Sergio, poop is love and dicks are life. And Shrek is both.

Re: Off Topic
All of this talk about love and relationships is very depressing for me. I'm probably not going to talk about my "love story" though. That's a three year long trip down memory lane I try my best not to take during every waking moment.
Re: Off Topic
For me, it is really boring because I really have nothing to say besides what I already did. Perhaps someone could suggest more interesting topic?
Re: Off Topic
Hm, well I don't have really any ideas. Anyone got a favorite soundtrack of all time?
