That sucks. When I was your age, I used to save money I get for Xmas, Birthday and other stuff for console I wanted so I pay for it. That way nobody could take it from me since I was the one who paid for it. But I don't think my father would do such thing in the first place since he never took away stuff he bought for me.

Seeing as the subjects I do now are by choice, despite there being some things I don't like, I still think overall, it's more enjoyable learning.

Zepto may sound insane when you look at the homework on your desk but as I am living that life right now I can tell you that that homework is a blessing.

- Yesterday I had to fill in for my friends paper run and I just HAPPENED to get the paper which had the "best of" 12 page lift out in it. If my sholders had hands they would be filing a complaint. They hurt SO MUCH!

School in New Zealand is a bit different
We have 4 terms of 10 weeks in our school year.
Between each of these terms their's a 2 week break with the exception being term 4 where we have an extra long 8 week break over Christmas (we have Christmas in summer here).
Today is the last day of term 3 for me.

Ah, ok.
Here, we have three terms, each consisting of around five week halves, in-between each half, there is a one week holiday. At the end of a term, there's a two week holiday, unless it is summer, in which case, it tends to span from late July to early September.

Even there he would take it away because I own anything until I'm 18 apparently.

Ah yes, although I don't have homework but if I had any I would do them right away to have time during the night.

Maybe for you but I can't do anything else really, I sit on the couch all day with my laptop, I have nothing else to do. I wish I had something else to do than drawing but meh I guess I can't do anything else.

Yeah, I know how you feel zepto. My parents give me that you don't own anything till your 18 rubbish too. Its so annoying!

It sure is, the fact that I do efforts to get them but apparently I don't own them and can be taken away or even sold by my parents is one of the things that upset me a lot.
