Re: Rayman Legends
I would laugh if UbiRay is actually the creator of everything from the Glade (even stronger than Polokus and the lums). You know, because of the Ubisoft thing...

I hate when that happens.Cairnie wrote:Baah had a diamond in the weekly challenge but got got pushed down to gold already.
I have a Diamond in the Daily Extreme, Weekly, and Weekly Extreme Challenges in the Wii U version right now.
Re: Rayman Legends
I have 4 golden cups at the challenges at this moment, but I am 100% sure I could got a Diamond Cup at Murfy's Dungeon,if the Ubisoft servers weren't down

Re: Rayman Legends
To get back to the sales thing, it's important to know that websites such as vgchartz don't include digitally bought games in their sales numbers. For all we know, Legends sold more digitally than physically.

Re: Rayman Legends
I believe it actually did sell more digitally. Remember, the game came out a day earlier for Europeans on the Nintendo eShop than it did physically.SegaNintendoUbisoft wrote:To get back to the sales thing, it's important to know that websites such as vgchartz don't include digitally bought games in their sales numbers. Curiously though, I got my copy on the Thursday, and not the Friday, and I recall not being the only early 'un there either.
Re: Rayman Legends
I would not be surprised if it sold best digitally.

Re: Rayman Legends
I don't know how much popularity the digital format has, so I'm not really sure how I'd feel if it turns out the game has been doing better digitally.

True, I sincerely hope that the game does not turn out to be a flop.

From what I heard, the game had a better sales in it's opening week than Origins.
Re: Rayman Legends
Well sales boosted for Origins later. I am not sure will same happen with RL but I hope so

Re: Rayman Legends
A bit off topic, but after Legends, what do you think the future holds in store for Rayman?
For me, I think Ancel is either working on another Rayman game (probably a 3D one) or his team is now working on BG&E 2. While another team works on a Rayman game, with Ancel supervising the game.

Re: Rayman Legends
I realized the Balloon creatures are based off the E3 2012 tech demo's Catch 'em All challenge segment.

Re: Rayman Legends
I'm not sure why people can even think that Ancel is working on a new 3D game. Of course it's possible (like anything really), but there's absolutely no evidence or gain to suggest that he would be.

I thought he said that a new 3d Rayman game was being planned, and that it could be based on the Raving Rabbids prototype.Adsolution wrote:I'm not sure why people can even think that Ancel is working on a new 3D game. Re: Rayman Legends
He mentioned something about a 3D title like four years ago, and I don't think there's been any mention of it since. Though, can someone link me to something if there has been? I'm really curious.
