Noticed. Looks like quite a beautiful, vibrant city.Adsolution wrote:I added a bit more info and a few more pictures to that post of mine, because I just adore the beauty of this city. Might want to open the last one in a new tab though, as half of it is getting cut off here.

Oh right, Vancouver. I've been there and yes, it's indeed a lovely city.

I'm at the same time right next to the sea, its a pretty nice city on the nature side.Keane wrote:Mountainous environments are always quite nice. I want to go to National Park Banff so bad, its beautiful there. There is a lot of place in Canada I want to see other than Banff, probably Vancouver, Calgary ( because they got a dinosaur museum and I'm a dinosaur freak. ) and some other places I forgot the name of.

Canada is surely one of my favourite places for vacation. My trip in 2011 is one the most memorable vacations I've been on.

That reminds me, my dad and mom had swam in a river as kids - as did the other neighborhood kids - since there was no public pool where they had lived. My dad told me that sometimes cows were in the river with them, that the river was dirty, and that there was sometimes even cow shit in the river and they'd have to splash it away from them whenver swimming. They usually swam up the river since going down required no effort.

Why do everyone go to awesome places, I never was able to leave my province because my parents decided I had no right to come in Europe with them when I was 14. So I got stuck with my annoying grandma waking me up at 5 in the morning to open the tv for a whole month.
Oh well, I don't think I want to go in Europe with all the shit going there, would rather stay in Canada, just wish I could see something else than my province. There is nothing to do here other than visit the Six Flag in Montreal and the Ubisoft place whatchamacallit I forgot, its been four years since I last went on vacation.

Well there's plenty time left to travel! Much to see and experience. Re: Something Bothering you?/Daily Doldrums
I'm in the mood to bitch about school at the moment. School is a lovely facility were us children and teenagers are forced to go to most of the day, nearly every single day of the week, most of the month, nearly all year, for many years and a yellow bus transporsts us to this inner ring of Hell. School is an institution of propaganda used for the purposes of thought control and transforming individuals into easily controllable citizens in general, however this is disguised in the form of "education" in order to keep us from realizing this therefore causing brainwashing to the point that it can no longer become a realization. School is an unnecessary load of stress on young people who should otherwise be living their young years that they'll never get back that is instead wasted on excessive amounts of work on shit that will never be used in our lives anyhow. I'm not saying learning is bad, it definitely isn't it, it's just that learning is supposed to be an adventure; all school does is take the fun out of it and cause people to yearn to get away from learning. It instead, ironically, steers us all away from learning because of how much of a cruel system it is.
School is not even a proper measurement of intelligence to begin with anyways. It's just a measurement of how well one can remember the same items that are constantly pounded - [insert joke] - into them year after year. It's utter and complete bullshit. I could go on, but I think this is enough for now.
To summarize it, uuuuuuuuggggggghhhhhhhhh bkfakbKAFJBKKJsfq3234qt4 !!!

Its not, what you get on a test will never tell how intelligent you actually are, as you said it, its a memorization game. Despise how lame it is we're stuck with this. You can learn these things over internet already, I almost don't see a point in school anymore, I feel like its a waste of time, over 50% of what I'm learning at school right now I wont use it in the future, why am I learning how to know what is a "determinant" in a phrase, I will never know. Ah well, if I want to reach my goal I have to do this anyway. My parents forgot 90% of what they learned in school.Dark Lum Lord wrote: School is not even a proper measurement of intelligence to begin with anyways. Agreed - of course - and my parents had forgotten most of what they learned as well. Just goes to show that it's useless.ZeptoRay wrote: Its not, what you get on a test will never tell how intelligent you actually are, as you said it, its a memorization game. Its no exactly useless, since there are things you need to learn but there is a big part that is not important if you're not going to be a grammar addict or scientist or something like that.
