Re: How's the weather?
Apparently its doing exactly 0C. Preparing for snow at the end of the month, if not sooner.
Too dark for me to see how its going on outside.
Re: How's the weather?
It's getting colder. It's reaching the low 60s.
Re: How's the weather?
Foggy morning as usual.
Re: How's the weather?
It's rainy.

Ooh, snow in October? I don't think I've seen that in these parts before.ZeptoRay wrote:Apparently its doing exactly 0C. Preparing for snow at the end of the month, if not sooner.Too dark for me to see how its going on outside.
I don't expect snow 'til December, maybe November, but I doubt it.

Re: How's the weather?
It was really dull and nippy earlier today though only had a tiny drizzle.
I bet at the very end of November we'll get snow again but even back then that was a bit of freak weather.

Re: How's the weather?
It was, though not as bad as December '09, when the snow came quite unexpectedly and with very ill consequence.

Re: How's the weather?
Yesterday we sat at 0 degrees for a while, and now it's suddenly jumped back up to 9. It's supposed to dip down below zero for the next few days, I can't wait!

Ooh, neat. Let us know of the snow that follows, I've never seen knee deep snow in person.

Re: How's the weather?
Really? Well then, I'll have to take some pictures for you.
We should have snow a metre or two high further up the mountain at the end of the month. Though, since there isn't much residence there, I can imagine pictures being a little more satisfying if they were taken where architecture is plentiful.

Cool, I think I might have a few photos of my own of the snow we get here, probably would look meagre compared to the snow you got.

Re: How's the weather?
English snow is great, regardless. I must see these pictures you speak of.
Re: How's the weather?
Aye, we often have snow in October over here, by December we got mountains of snow. The earliest we got snow here was October 17th. Latest was December 18th two years ago.Master wrote:Ooh, snow in October? I don't think I've seen that in these parts before.ZeptoRay wrote:Apparently its doing exactly 0C. Re: How's the weather?
The second image is gorgeous. Also, I'm surprised at how easily visible the snowfall is in the second to last picture, normally it isn't that easy to capture unless they're big, beefy flakes.

Hm, I snuck in a picture of the London Eye it seems, oops.
Anyways, yeah, pretty neat when it snows like that, the bottom three were probs about 2010-ish, top two were from snow from late 2012 and early 2013.

Re: How's the weather?
Well, the 2012 one is certainly is more impressive than the earlier one. I wish a very snowy December upon your country!
The phrasing. It's so casually Seuss.Master wrote:File away, though please do inform this perplexed fool of what it is that makes such a phrase worthy of said filing.
Re: How's the weather?
I feel like snow is gonna kill me some day. When I think I'm safe that's when it's gonna feel from something directly on my head.
