Indeed, it's the use of calculated chance and addiction against oneself.
Zepto, I genuinely hope the day will come where you get the freedom you deserve, I think you could do well indeed.

I'm sorry that you have to put up with these issues Zepto, it makes me wonder if your parents have any understanding on what autism and related disorders even are and how they affect you; and if they did then surely being abusive is not the way to handle it.
Re: Something Bothering you?/Daily Doldrums
My signature? Its just one of my dumb uncreative characters that looks depressed because I wanted to try some different emotion on Rayman's face, it has nothing to do with me really.emshomar wrote:Poor Zepto. At least yes, else I would be stuck on my old crappy laptop that takes 2 hours to start up because it keeps getting blue screens.
My dad doesn't, he refuse to even search up on it, my mom does though.Cairnie wrote:I'm sorry that you have to put up with these issues Zepto, it makes me wonder if your parents have any understanding on what autism and related disorders even are and how they affect you; and if they did then surely being abusive is not the way to handle it.

Re: Something Bothering you?/Daily Doldrums
Ehhh Rayman for one thing isn't stupid but quite intelligent if you look at what he can do and think of doing in the past games, his look in Origins and Legends makes it seem like he is not.incognito wrote:For sig i prefer happy rayman !

He isn't always happy either, you can see him getting pissed off at the rabbids in the TV Party ( enough to throw his own foot at his tv ) and in Rayman 2 at the start of the game you can see that he is hopeless until Globox talks about Ly. There are other parts but I don't feel like listing.
As for my sig its not even Rayman in the first place.Raywiki wrote: though most of the time he is a cheerful character with a good sense of humour. He is also very helpful, and is willing to take on whatever challenges face him for the sake of the safety and harmony of his world. Sometimes he can be a little childish / However, in Rayman Origins, Rayman seems to have recovered part of his childish personality; he bears a more joyful, careless and impulsive attitude, though he keeps the heroic spirit that characterized him in previous games.

ya forget to say ive see the death !
Re: Something Bothering you?/Daily Doldrums
A+, Ive been in death situation at least 14 times counting: where I almost died of fever when I was 3 years old, when I was born I couldn't breathe, almost got into multiple car crashes, almost drowned, another student attempted to kill me because I was different. Don't be proud of that, its not something to be, be happy that you didn't die on those occasions.incognito wrote:ya forget to say ive see the death !

Luck sure has its way with people. Though, I oftentimes consider whether things like this are actually close calls, or whether we simply perceive them to be that way because of what "could" have happened given the general circumstance.

I get the feeling that Rayfist would very much like to have a word in on this if he saw it.

Hm, the Deadpool game was made by High Moon Studios, who made Transformers: War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron, I enjoyed both games, perhaps I ought to check out Deadpool sometime as well.
Re: Something Bothering you?/Daily Doldrums
I seen Deadpool gameplay and I wana get it perhaps when it has a huge price drop on Steam.
Re: Something Bothering you?/Daily Doldrums
So now it's just a week before this whole immigration can be wrapped up and I can get back to living a life that, even if repetitive and often a drag, is very desirable after months of just sitting in a room hoping the web has something to keep you busy this day. But now my father wants to continue this lifestyle all the way until fucking January. A problem that comes with this is that I'll miss a half year of school making it almost certain that I'll not pass but when I bring this up it's apparently not important. I don't want anymore time in this place and then a half year of pointless school in which I'll be hugely behind due to differences in the system and language. And in the end, yeah, I like my country and wouldn't mind living here until I can get out of the house. I mean it's surely the better choice of the two if it weren't the conditions that come along with it. I don't want to go to a specific school just so I can meet up with "friends" that I've grown apart from (And it doesn't matter how often I argue this. I told them I don't care but their too stubborn to realise this. All it'll do is make me have to travel an enormous distance every day.), I don't want to live in the same place we originally moved from, I don't want to go back to living near family expecting me to attend all their birthdays and whatnot, and I don't want to deal with the fact that we'll just barely get by with money. I'm just done with this all.
All the trouble and shit I'll have to go through just to end up in a place they admit is a lost cause but "family lives near". I'm sorry but except for a few people from my mothers side my family has never shown the slightest bit of interest in me. And the ones that do are nice but it's not like I truly miss them. They're just people that you visit now and then. And I'm not going to suddenly makes all these new friends. It's just the next Utopian believe from my parents that this is "going to be it". A phrase they've used so many times I hold no value to it. I wish they just woke up and realised how casual they are on these subjects. "Yeah you'll probably have to retake this year but you never know!". Bullshit. I've attended five months of school before that we knew I would have to retake and when your up at 1 AM doing homework that isn't important it becomes even more difficult not to procrastinate. I'm done with trying to be unrealistically optimistic. I've been through this kind of thing before and I know that all it's gonna do is just cut the small social life I have again and end up as a disappointment.

Re: Something Bothering you?/Daily Doldrums
Hm, it seems they're not really considering you and are putting themselves first, while I can appreciate that, they're potentially ruining your life as a result of said selfishness, and considering that you've got much more to live through then they have, it's pitiful that they aren't considering your education as a very important factor.
