It's as Master said; you only get special ranks for 1 month, after that you go back to normal ranks.

Well,I didn't do anything special to get it forever.
But that doesn't stop me to win and host TTQ to recover it.(I need to host it for three times)

For those commenting on how long it takes; it's said that it takes a month but it all depends on when Humch is online to take them down, at least when he remembers to which by the looks of it is when someone asks him to give them one.

Hence why a PM is recommended, seeing as a public request can be drowned out by further conversation, and thus missed when Humch passes by.
