<'s eyesight has gotten worse over the past year. Unless I'm just in <'s room < prefers to always keep <'s glasses on now.

< Has 5 hours of school (Excluding recess/lunch) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 6 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 3 hours on Saturdays (For special art, which will be ending for the year soon)

< wishes schools didn't have the same amount of hours for every day here
< has to attend eight hours a day which with the inclusion of getting there in the morning, getting back home and finishing up all the homework takes out a whopping twelve hours of <'s time everyday. This would be fairly doable if <'s parents cooked more often rather then forcing < to constantly go out with them for dinner. Not that that's anything horrible but often it ends up taking nearly two hours and by the time that < has actually finished all the work and whatnot it's usually already 11 PM and past 12 if < attends something out of school. :/

Not to mention that < may have to attend two 45 minute sessions, one before and one after for the first three months of this year or so. That's not confirmed though.

<'s eyesight isn't bad, < wore glasses in the past but that was years ago, as it stands < is lucky enough to not be on glasses. Though < does have conjunctivitis to contend with, which means < sometimes wakes up with rather sticky eyes in the morning.

That conjuctisomething once happened to < and it was fucking gross. On the topic of glasses, < has a shitty eyesight but < refuses to wear glasses.

<'s Conjunctivitis is from allergies, it's not too bad, but it feels horrible in the morning.

<'s left eye is slightly deformed, and is offset a good 45 degrees to the left. < had to have four surgeries on <'s eye when < was young, as <'s eye was leaking poisonous liquid into the rest of <'s body, causing < to become fatally sick when < was six. Fortunately, they had just discovered a procedure to fix this shortly before < became sick; < would have probably died if it weren't for that lucky timing. The unfortunate part about it being a newly-discovered procedure was that it went very botched, resulting in <'s left eye going virtually blind and < gaining a very visible quirk (no pun intended) to be you-know-whatted in school.

Oh my god that sounds horrible < is sorry to hear that.

That's basically the case with <'s right eye. It's kind of annoying, since < doesn't look all too great in glasses.

On the topic of glasses, < has a shitty eyesight but < refuses to wear glasses.

Aye, its going to go down even more then, < would wear glasses or something if < were you.
< wasn't wearing <'s glasses enough in the past and <'s eyes went from -2 (both) to -2.7 and -3.3 now. That doesn't sound like much but a year ago < was able to see at at least 2 meters away. Now < can't see shit, everything is blending together giving < terrible headaches and dizziness, bad enough to not be able to walk properly.

< keeps waking up super late.

< plans on getting contacts to use during outings once < is able to move out; < is actually looking to get coloured ones. < would still wear glasses though around home, as there's no point going to the effort of putting in contacts if no one's going to be seeing < in them.

< has never really been interested in getting contacts. Partly because <'s face looks so bland without glasses.

Anyone can do this (though < guesses that some people may not have acquired the proper coordination to do so, like going crosseyed). All it is is unfocussing your eyes. When you look at an object up close, everything behind it goes blurry, and vice-versa; 'blurring your eyes on purpose' is basically forcing your eyes to go into near-focus even when nothing is close to your eyes. Try it, blur ^'s vision and hold ^'s finger about 5-10 cm from ^'s eye. It won't be blurry.

On the topic of eyes, < had a life changing discovery over the course of the summer. With the help of <'s grandfather, < discovered < has brilliant peripheral vision. Makes wearing a hood kind of bothersome for < now. Though < has already harnessed it and begun using this vision to his advantage in minor ways.
