Managed to run Rayman Advance on my jailbroken iPhone with iOS 6.1.2:

You were not the only one. I already managed to play Rayman 1 PlayStation version on my iPhone but it runs slow. Really slow.

My brother can run most PS1 games on his Android OS perfectly. Not sure what model he has, I just know it's a HTC. He actually played a fair bit of Rayman 1 on it.

Indeed, I play the odd bit of Rayman 2 PS1 on my Android phone if I'm bored, and it works pretty decently.
