Ehh nah, Ly doesn't have wings, while Tily does. Tily got some weird feet too that Ly lacks of, the eyes are quite different too. So I don't think so.

Hm, maybe not related, but you could assume that the designers had 'ly' in mind. Because 'Tily' is usually spelled' Tilly' and I think to have it as 'ly' is too much of a coincidence

Ahem, back to my usual mindset, I'm not really bothered by her, she's a barely established character in a spinoff, much like Waluigi.

Tily was a just an odd character that felt much like a filler for the roster. Waluigi needs his own game already.

Yeah Waluigi is a bit of a Wario clone, but it doesn't very hard to make him an independent figure like Luigi in his Mansion games.

Yeah, I'd like him to become his own thing also, he's got potential to be a character one can invest in, but as it stands, he's a completely blank state, who just shares most of Wario's mannerisms.
