Seeing as we've got the likes of Supermarkets and Argos fulfilling their function and then some, I haven't seen many Toy 'r' Us here.

Ai = Affirmative/Positive/etc.
We have Toys'r'Us branches in Germany. It is internation, though I excpect it to be in many countries.

Hm, I would not call the current city and location "mine", but to answer your question, no. There is however a store on few locations that could be somehow similar by content but they don't have Sonic figures for example.
In Japan, there are Toys 'R' Us stores.
