Ooh, direct transfer? I had no idea that was possible! Learn something new everyday, eh?

None of my disks (of adequate size, anyway) are formatted to FAT32, so I'm really happy about the direct transfer. FAT32 has a limit on file size, which is the main reason I don't use it.

We do learn things every day. I actually didn't know the keyboard shortcuts for copying/pasting until recently. :P

Life is full of interesting surprises, eh?
Yeah, I know about the limit, it's about 4GB isn't it? It's annoying because I'm using my dad's old External HDD, which is FAT formatted, as a backup drive.

- saw incognito's posts few pages before. It was bad idea and I must say I agree with other members.
+ had a great time at friend's birthday and I took a picture with giant Lego Darth Vader. Gonna upload it soon in proper thread.

+ had a good day at the London comic con...
- couldn't get a signature from Roger Craig Smith due to too many people already being there 30 mins before his session started
- another Rayman cosplayer rubbed me the wrong way (might explain it in daily dodrums)
+ they had copic markers there for reasonable prices yeeey
+ meeting up with friends
+ the alternate route to the venue wasn't too bad at all

My FAT32 flash drive actually prevented me from working on my Silent Hill 2 remasterization project. Back then, I didn't know about the file size limit, so I attempted to copy my 8GB .7z archive, which obviously didn't work. "No problem," I thought. "I can put in on the networked drive." Little did I know Windows 8 had the same file size limit for mapped drives, so when I went to retrieve my file, I got a lovely surprise. A month's work of time on the project lost...

Ouch, sucks when the limitations screw you over like that, and there's no clear indication of it.

That makes me want to give a 64 GB flash drive to someone for their birthday, but format it to FAT12. Initiate reactions of fury at every turn.

Hm, looking it up, it has a limit of 32MB sized files, hehe, that'd be amusing indeed.

EDIT: Wonder if Omar's every figured out what the terms "hitting on" and "Omarlternative" mean yet.

I think "Omarlternative" is obvious enough for anyone to figure it out.

+ Seeing glitches in game when everyone is lagging is just hilarious, I really shouldn't have chrome and steam open at same time.

I'm wondering if he still doesn't know what Cody meant by that. ;)

- Sunday
+ I had learned how to use my PS3 controller on emulators a few days ago, luckily, so now I can play games that would otherwise be far too difficult with simply a keyboard.

I'm more wondering about the "hitting on" because its used a lot.

But now, the DS4 has native Xinput support. ;)

Yes, and I'm glad Sony did that, messing about to get the PS3 remote to work was a bit of a pain.

I actually feel a little sad that he didn't understand the joke.

No shit. Also, I'm not too fond of 360 controllers, which is another reason I like that the DS4 will have native support.
