I sincerely doubt that, seeing as the 3DS would need an emu to do something like that to start, and it hasn't really even gotten very far yet in terms of homebrew.

3DS has very weak homebrew support so no. Give it a few years and we will play Crash Bandicoot on 3DS.

Off topic:
I just read in newspapers that one guy killed his neighbour and another person who was helping renewing the house because of freaking DUST in house!!!
When police came, he was kicking dead bodies. It's a terrible crime. I am very mad that things like this exist.
