It's based on Android, if < recalls correctly, but modified with a more game console interface.
It's download only, but if it is Android, < would guess one could use apks and the like to put stuff on.
Personally, if < ever got it, it'd be as an emulation console.

Gameinformer did an article, it has a lot of cool things coming, like sonic CD. < likes this because < does not have a smartphone so < can finally play some!
