Re: Rayman Legends
Hm, I'll look it up and mess about with my own phone sometime then, but for now, it's late and I can't really be bothered messing about like so.
I look forward to hearing what you fellows have to say about Fiesta Run.

Re: Rayman Legends
I've only played it a little bit more since my first session with it.
It's fun. It's better than Jungle Run, but not terribly different (it just has some additions that make it a bit better). But much like Jungle Run, I only play it when I have nothing else to do, like when I'm waiting on classes to start and such. However, I beat Jungle Run quickly, because at the time I had a lot of moments where I was doing nothing else. Now, it's not really the case. I spent a lot of the weekend playing Wind Waker HD. And to be honest, playing Fiesta Run makes me want to play Legends!
Jungle Run and Fiesta Run are perfectly fine, but they're just mobile games you play when you have absolutely nothing else to do. They're not something I would play the crap out of and be itching to play the first chance I get. Most mobile games are like this for me, though, and that's not a bad thing, as it's usually their intended purpose.

Re: Rayman Legends
It did work, the problem is that i sold my tablet to get a PSVita. And Master, i didn't want to sound hostile at all, i was just jealous and i really wanted to buy and play it, yez i couldn't due to the lack of a powerful-enough device, plus the 2 emulators i tried out didn't work either, so i felt a bit disappointed about it. Sorry if i sounded a bit "hostile", though i''m definitely looking forward to your opinions about the game.Haruka wrote:@Rayrobi I thought it worked in your tablet. And I almost have the game fully done, I'm close to the skull levels.
Re: Rayman Legends
lol, most of the Android phones are much stronger than PSP. There is no way PSP could handle Android Emulator. Heck, there is even PSP Emulator for Androindincognito wrote:DAMN!
maybe on a psp with an emulator ?
Re: Rayman Legends
So far I think that Fiesta Run is without doubt an improvement of Rayman Jungle Run. While Jungle Run was often boring (I was playing some levels and quickly getting bored, and then doing some days of break before continuing), Fiesta Run made some witchcraft that makes me addicted to it (I do have fun with the levels and it keeps me wanting for more). Powerups are purchasable with Lums or even a visual guide to complete the level with all Lums. The graphics are upgraded to the Rayman Legends style and there are more playable characters to unlock with Lums and more artwork (The artwork, sadly is nothing that we haven't seen before). Apparently there are challenges that you can compare your score with but I didn't try out yet. All levels have got an invaded mode, and I can ensure that some of them took me between 5 to 10 minutes to complete it with the 100 Lums by trial and error.Rayrobi wrote:It did work, the problem is that i sold my tablet to get a PSVita. In short, I think it is obligatory to play if you enjoyed Jungle Run.
Re: Rayman Legends
Whats taking Mircosoft to put it on store for so long?
Re: Rayman Legends
I think it is Ubisoft again who are behind this, maybe they are still working on that port, and will put it up at a LATER time. Same with the PSVita invasions, they still didn''t release the update patch, i guess they are too lazy to do it. Even though they have made the invasions that are still on their storage. Invasions are still not patched? Wow, I had no idea they are that slow

Re: Rayman Legends
Oh, I'm really late reporting this, but:
You know the way the Ubisoft servers were not working for Rayman Legends?
Well, I saw a Miiverse post from a Ubisoft employee clearing up the issue - they were just doing some heavy maintenance, is all. And before anyone suggests that this was a poser, Miiverse has a special icon displayed beside Miis who are officially affiliated with a game's community (for example, Sakurai's Mii has this icon in all of his posts in the Super Smash Bros Director's Room). The name of the Mii was "RaymanTeam".
So yeah, there's that.
Also, I'm about halfway through Fiesta Run myself. Blew through it today in college, while I was waiting on certain stuff to happen.

Re: Rayman Legends
Finished the game, at least litterally. Although I did all the levels, it is missing to unlock 3 achievements and one artwork/character. I'll have to start the game over.
Re: Rayman Legends
What kind of achievements does the game have?

Re: Rayman Legends
Hm, one can take that in many ways, but I guess time will tell what we're to get from it.
EDIT: On Kotaku, Legends is coming to PS4 and Xbox One: http://kotaku.com/the-fantastic-rayman- ... 1463032436
So from extreme exclusivity, we've gone to the usual multiplatformity the main series seems to always have.

Re: Rayman Legends
Not really surprised they'd do this tbh.
Re: Rayman Legends
Ubi is especially good in milking games. They must expand and add content to the game at least, if they won't i will be hugely disappointed.

Re: Rayman Legends
I see this being a straight up port, personally. Though time will tell, as I seem to tend to say.
Re: Rayman Legends
In case anyone is interested, Beyond Gaming is yet again organising a Rayman Legends contest, you can win copies of many games including Rayman Fiesta run for the Top 2! Here is a link:

Re: Rayman Legends
Interesting, I doubt I'd go far, but maybe I'll give it a shot this time.
