< does find the cold weather to be detrimental at times with a blustery wind, but < doesn't mind it much disregarding that.

< Thinks that the windchill is always the worst part of winter weather, otherwise the cold temperatures are semi tolerable.

Indeed, < also doesn't like it when < has to walk in the rain by <self, it's not that < hates rain, as it is < getting drenched.
