I don't know if it is something to adjust to or not. Makes me curious.

Indeed, I guess time will tell, for now, we best move off here, as we're derailing the thread.

I generally don't prefer 3D either, but the glasses are obviously designed with the thought that a large amount of the population already wears glasses. In short, they fit perfectly and I can't even tell they're there on top of my regular glasses.

So they don't add much weight either?

Nope, they're made of this very light plastic material. Basically, there is literally nothing comfort-wise to complain about when wearing then, as you forget they're even there almost instantly.

To expand upon what I said earlier about 3D: While 80% of the time I'll turn it down if the option presents itself (mostly because I have incredibly poor depth perception already, and the glasses do wash out the colours a small bit), some movies truly are worth seeing in 3D, and unlike the 3DS' 3D, it's totally easy on the eyes.

I guess I'm just used to thinking how annoying those paper 3D glasses were... they REALLY bugged my eyes..

Ahah, no, they've long since passed that crap by. I'd genuinely encourage you to try out seeing a modern 3D movie in the theatre because it's really quite fine, even if you don't prefer it because it usually costs a couple bucks extra and washes the colours out a bit. The effect itself is also 9004x better than it used to be.

Hehe, I remember the first 3D thing I saw, which was Spy Kids 3, they came with these card glasses with red and cyan coverings for the 3D effect.

Yep, this is exactly what I have, and I hated those glasses with a passion.

I was a very young kid when we saw that, it was kinda cool to me, but I think I was more for the 2D then, though 3D in those days were more primitive anyways.

Oh sure, but even as a kid those bugged me. Oh, and fun fact... those glasses for SpyKids 3D work on Minecraft too.

They'd work with anything which uses the Cyan and Red 3D scheme, I think YouTube videos can employ it too.

Yeah, if you still have them, try testing them out by looking up a 3D video on Youtube.

Is that one of those things that make 2D into 3D?

Well, sort of. All the glasses handed out are brand new in a sealed plastic bag ( http://www.primefocusworld.com/sites/de ... lasses.jpg ) (they hand them out with your ticket if you're paying for a 3D movie, which, for reference, cost about $2-3 more than a regular movie), and they ask you to drop them in a recycling bin they have placed outside the screen room afterward. of course, that doesn't stop you from just keeping yours, as they make good collector's items; I have about 50-60 pairs of 3D glasses in my drawer. :P

50-60? That's a lot of 3D movie viewings, the amount of 3D movies I've watched are probably lower than 10 in total.

No idea, but probably something funny. My brother last year for Halowe'en wore all his pairs (about 20-30) on top of each other, taped together. It looked hilarious.
