Well, they ban too much members for miniscule reasons, but a normal admin would ban a huge spammer forever, not just for 2 days...

He was banned by one of the mods, no admin.

I suppose those mods technically are admins, if they have the powers admins have.

The word admin isn't defined as 'someone who can ban'...

The mods do have less powers than the admin obviously. And the admin is the leader of the mods, that seems logical to me.
