I didn't phrase good what I wanted to say.Adsolution wrote:Just for note, the planet Earth already exists, though we have yet to work out the notion of intergalactic patenting.OldClassicGamer wrote:Well, the only character that will make games until the planet earth exists is Mario.

Well, you gotta phrase good. Sha-shapita-shapitack, phrase good. Sha-shapita-shapitack, phrase good. City's breaking down on OCG's back.OldClassicGamer wrote:I didn't phrase good what I wanted to say.Adsolution wrote:Just for note, the planet Earth already exists, though we have yet to work out the notion of intergalactic patenting.OldClassicGamer wrote:Well, the only character that will make games until the planet earth exists is Mario.

Same here (I think). I don't know who would I be or how different would I think without having Rayman in my life.Sny wrote:Even after 40 years Rayman is sure going to be the greatest thing in my life~

Yikes, now this is a tough question, in 40 years I still see myself playing videogames for sure, of course not as often as today, but hopefully I can find time to fit to do so... but as for Rayman, I think I'll still like him, but probably not as much as I do now. I'll be too busy with work to essentially focus on that one game I love so I can't have time to play other games as well. Otherwise I'll still be a Rayman fan- but I fear not as much as I am now.

Listen to me everybod my father was an awesome player until he was 46 . He was playing more than me ! Until he became more mature and dicided playing video games was a mothafuckin' waste of time. And im using his words.

Huh. If he was a gamer up to that age, I wonder what suddenly made him change his mind so drastically.incognito wrote:Listen to me everybod my father was an awesome player until he was 46 . I would think someone would gradually grow less and less interested in games into adulthood, but to be such an enthusiastic video-gamer for so long then suddenly (As I am guessing) feel so negatively towards them is rather odd.

I have to agree with Dragon. Stopping at 46 if he was hardcore gamer until that age makes no sense.

Unless something triggered it, maybe. Maybe something happened or was said that changed his views, I dunno.

My fondness of the series surely wouldn't ever leave me, in the same way your cherished childhood movies/cartoons won't.

I will hopefully still be playing for nostalgia, and I will think of Rayman as a fond memory from my teen years.

Actually, as long as you've got a song and an instrumental, you can easily get just the vocal track. And for example hear Matt Bellamy's crazy falsetto shredding on Survival. Fuck, just listen to 1:20 in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jlm0pCqG6MYAdsolution wrote:I did not know that this existed. Thank you, Drummin' Jesus.Rulez wrote:QP2CkJZ0j-Y
In fact, if you search for "Muse a capella" or "Muse vocal track", you'll find a lot of shit. I believe there's every song from Showbiz and the 2nd Law because I think their instrumentals were released, I dunno. Also, all of Hysteria's, Plug-In Baby's and Assassin's tracks (bass, drums, guitar and vocals) are on Youtube! I also think Knights of Cydonia and Unnatural Selection and Undisclosed Desires, too. Fucking, check out Assassin's bass: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5aBVTP-GKA it's so fucking sweet, holy shit. Also Undisclosed Desires stuff: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qoPS2mROK_s and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWQWBzMFS-4 goddammit it's brilliant.
However, my favourite is this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xa0NTXgwDE
Fuck, what will I think about Rayman when I'm 40? Probably have fond memories of him.
Re: At 40 years old, what will you think about Rayman ?(theo
I think the real question here is what will Rayman think of us when he's 40 years old?

Well, we may never know, he might have been in his century nap, hm? Unless he dreams of us.
