Actually, the retail price was 27 euros, but still, that's no deal for such a great gameemshomar wrote:20€ isn't a bargain. That is its retail priceImco97 wrote:Just bought Rayman 3D at my local game store for only 20 euros

In our local stores it's just 20€.
Re: Rayman 2
Rayman 3D is much glitchier than other versions (particularly around the 1000th yellow lum, but in other areas too), so be aware of that.

I don't mind them though
Re: Rayman 2
You might want to put this quote on RayWiki somewhere. All I've seen is a small mention of it with no (official) source.
Those FTP servers are really interesting. There's also the source PDF of the Rayman Forever manual. The pdf in ftp://ftp.ubisoft.com/Rayman2/rayman2high.zip wrote:The Mysterious Guild considers Rayman to be the ideal specimen to display in its intergalactic zoo of rare species. After all, Rayman is the only one of his species in existence! Rayman's friends (Ly, Clark, Globox, the Whale and the Smallbeeings) become the target of "Operation Kidnap", the Guild's plan to fill its zoo with the universe's peace-loving residents. Only Rayman manages to escape and decides to free his friends. The elements rage furiously against Rayman: forests, swamps, underground rivers, and waterfalls... descending even to the center of the earth. But he is always ready for action. Rayman can't wait to use some of his cool moves: racing, chasing, water skiing, rock climbing, mountaineering, wild jumps...

Re: Rayman 2
I did knew from somewhere that the slaves were initially planned as something for an intergalactic thing, but I did not remember if the source was official or fanmade. Thanks for recovering this text, Droolie!

Re: Rayman 2
is that for the european version? cause i've only noticed 2 glitches for the US, the 1000th lum (which is easily fixed, fust exit the stage and you'll still have it.) ad the Isle of doors, which sounds like its playing 2 tracks at the same time, causing a sort of echo effect. if it is indeed the glitchiest, that explains some things about people disliking the port in general.RibShark wrote:Rayman 3D is much glitchier than other versions (particularly around the 1000th yellow lum, but in other areas too), so be aware of that.
