As this is a browser topic, I feel that I need to make the following announcement in here:

DO NOT DOWNLOAD NETSCAPE 8!

It's completely terrible. Bad theme styles, keeps freezing, keeps crashing, keeps making irritating noises, won't allow most internet pages to open in new windows because it thinks they're pop-ups...

And a whole host of other things. Netscape 7 is way better.

Don't worry, I wasn't planning to.

Indeed, Netscape 8 is an awful thing... not only it has an ugly design, but it's almost impossible to have a happy browse with it.... I've downloaded it when I was completely drunk ( ), and now I wonder how to come back to older netscape 7 version... Any clue, guys ?

Well, just search your computer for Netscape 7. Hopefully you didn't delete it .

Netscape 8 is so hard to look at... All of the tabs get confusing. And of course, the template seems to have been made in about 5 minutes.

Well I've erased all the content of my HDD... Anyway, it doesn't matter a lot, as I'm currently using firefox... I was a netscape user, but since they produced this shitty new version, I shifted to firefox, and I find it quite nice.

The point is that web designers will finally be able to publicly Anti-Alias the edges of images. It's been a major issue for quite a while.

I've got all three browsers on my computer. Netscape 7 is by far the best for slightly more technical things, such as automatically editing .html for you when you upload it.

Anyways, Firefox is the best browser in my opinion, but getting rid of IE is totally stupid, so many websites need it And IE has less problems than Firefow with big pictures and heavy pages!

Oh yeah, I could also use Firefox to check http://www.hotmail.com, but only MSN Messenger tells me when a new email is received (though sometimes it tells me about it one hour after it was received).

You can also just look at MSN if you got a new e-mail, and if you have, open firefox and hotmail. ^^

Even my site disallows IE, A message comes up when you try to open it in IE saying please switch to ff or something.
